Getting over grief ~chapter 30~

Nagisa's P.o.v
It has only been 1 week since Koro-sensei was killed. It hit us all hard. I've just here in bed with Karma cuddling me and sometimes Elias would come in to our room and sometimes he'd even bring his rabbit Parsnip in with him. We'd probably cuddle as a huge family for 5 or 6 hours but then Karma would have to make us something to eat. We'd always try and refrain ourselves from talking because there was always something that would remind us of Koro-sensei. But the wait eventually grew to hunger, I wanted to hear Karma's voice again, I wanted to do something to get the death of Koro-sensei out of my head, I wanted Karma to touch me like he used to.

At that point I realised that I had to take things into my own hands so I slowly sat up trying my very best to not wake Elias or Karma. I then reached for my phone and unlocked it. No one had been on the class group chat since we graduated, I wanted to change that.

Group chat:
Nagisa: hay... anyone want to talk?

Kayano: Nagisa?

Nagisa: hay Kayano
Delivered at 10:03

Kayano: you okay?
Delivered at 10:07

Nagisa: yeah but it's becoming increasingly difficult so I was wondering if everyone would like to do something so we could all take our minds off of the death?

Kayano: Nagisa, you sure?
Delivered at 10:19

Nagisa: I'm positive! It will do us no good if we just mope around all day everyday yes u agree his death is a horrible hit to us all but we need to do something!

Kayano: what did you have in mind?

Nagisa: maybe something like karaoke?
Delivered at 10:35

Kayano: that sounds like a good idea

Nagisa: is everyone in?

Out of group chat:
I swiped my message to the side to see who had seen the message. To my surprise everyone had seen it... including Karma. I looked over to my presumably sleeping boyfriend and saw him looking up at me,
"Karma? I thought you were asleep"

"Na, I've become quite a light sleeper ever since you started waking up crying" he smiled at me then leaned up and gave me a quick kiss, "I think that's a good idea"

I smiled at him and looked down to my phone to see that pretty much everyone agreed that they'd like to go to the karaoke.
"Looks like we're doing karaoke" Karma smiles at me then rolled onto his side and fell back asleep.

I smiled down at him before telling the rest of the class that we would meet up at 6 o'clock.

Me, Karma and Elias slept for about another 5 hours before we got up. I was first up so I got changed and went to the kitchen to start making pancakes. After I had made the pancake mix I felt the all the familiar arms wrap around my waist,
"Wattcha making?"

"Pancakes"

"Mmmmm smells nice" he then proceeded to like my ear,

"Karmaaa!! Saph!"

"Mmmm no you taste nice"

"Mmmm your really annoying" I smiled though while saying that.
