In recent ORAS news, we have two new confirmed Mega Evolutions: Mega Beedril and Mega Pidgeot.
Mega Pidgeot will remain a Normal/Flying type, but will be given the ability No Guard. Mega Beedril will be Bug/Poison and given the ability Adaptability.
Also, a special distribution of an item called the Eon Ticket will be available to all players. This Ticket will allow a counter with the special Mega Latios and Mega Latias (depending on which game you have; Latios>Omega Ruby and Latias>Alpha Sapphire)
