Well, upon the game's release, we have discovered this:
Lugia is exclusive to Alpha Sapphire while Ho-oh is exclusive to Omega Ruby.
Zekrom is exclusive to Alpha Sapphire while Reshiram is exclusive to Omega Ruby.
And Dialga is exclusive to Alpha Sapphire while Palkia is exclusive to Omega Ruby.
