3 months later:
No one's POV:

Luis no longer doubted it: Jimin knew he was back and had taken possession of Sugar's mind. what enjoyment! he would have taken no satisfaction from the harm he was about to do to her if he did not understand that it was because of him that she was suffering.

The thought of killing others' joy thrilles him.

He looks around him, in his dark isolated cave.

every day his strength and skill increased. As soon as Sugar had felt him prowling in her brain, she had rebelled, but her growing expertise gradually blunted her resistance. soon, Sugar would obey him body and soul.

and if he used his good old methods of intimidation the time to take full control of Sugar? it would be fun. to subject Jimin to constant terror - to torture him mentally and physically, at a slow fire - would be almost as funny as killing him. what he would eventually do. This time he would get there.

Yet again, the thought of Sugar suffering still didn't please him. All he ever did was to win her heart, to be the only one in her eyes.

Elizabeth died so suddenly, he was more than broken.
He was angry.

He was angry at the world, at the devil himself.

He had tried everything to get her back, and yet...

Here he goes again, eyes watering and the spirits around him mocking him.

No one understands the real pain.

He found himself drown into malicious behaviour. Killing other people's happiness for his own pleasure, for his own sins.

But when he found Sugar, it felt as if she was perfect, as if she was already perfect.

Jealous.
Elizabeth was the only one perfect, he makes things perfect. He takes things by force and claims them his.

Meanwhile, Jimin was thinking about something different. His crowning day was approaching dangerously and he still hadn't done anything.

For the past three months, he was much more occupied in his successor business. He literally had no more time for himself: running around with files and hard work. He had to make his father proud of him -even If his old man wasn't that harsh on him-.

Even so, Sugar still haunted his thoughts every passing second. He was feeling sad that he wasn't paying attention to her as he used to do, but she didn't say anything about it.

He misses her so much, he misses making her laugh every now and then. He gets up early in the morning and finds breakfast ready and served, he eats rapidly while exchanging few words with his lovely maid.

He felt her getting more and more distant. He felt her slipping away from his tight grip.

She began to be formal again, and this thought scares him. Everytime he tries to start a conversation with her, she answers coldly.

It felt as if she was forced... as he guessed a few months ago.

For Sugar, it was an endless battle with herself. She doesn't feel okay, she knows something is wrong with her but what is it?

She feels lonely... so lonely this world seems too big for her. Her alley, her bestfriend, her beautiful vampire isn't paying attention to her anymore. It felt as if he forgot about her.

"Am I nothing to him?"

"Was he just toying with me?"

"Should I go back home?"
