Wrong Number

Chapter 7

*Nicole's POV*
I woke up and checked the time 11:00 AM. OH NO!!! JESSICA IS SUPPOSED TO BE HERE BY 11:30!!!! I get up and brush my teeth, pick an outfit, shower, get in the outfit and race downstairs. I did that in 20 minutes which is so quick for me to do all that in 20 minutes... It was 11:20. 10 more minutes until Jessica comes. I see Auntie and Zach and I go to Auntie and just sit there.

"Auntie. Can we talk?? Like in the backyard??" I ask Auntie.
"Sure Nikki." Auntie says. "I'll be back Zachy." she says to Zach and we head outside. I mean Auntie is practically the same age as Zach. She's actually 2 years younger than Uncle Avery.

"What did you want to talk about??" she asks. "I think Josh cheated on me." I whisper. "How do you know??" she asks gently. I pull out my phone and go to Josh's Instagram. I go to the video that I saw yesterday.

A video of him kissing another girl and technically hooking up with her. Auntie watches all the stories. Starting from Josh kissing the girl. Ending with Josh IN BED with the girl.

"Awwww. Are you okay??" Auntie asks me. "Yeah. I just need Jessica to cheer me up." I say. She nods then we head inside. The doorbell rings and I race to the door. I open it.

"JESS!!!!!" I scream and hug her. "NIKKI!!!!!" she screams and returns the hug. "Alright Jess everything is in your bag and suitcase. She smiles and says. "Thank you daddy!" "You're welcome sweetie." my dad says and faces towards me.

"Hey Nick." I say. "Hey Nikki. It's been awhile." Nick, Jessica's dad says to me. " It has." I say and smile. Nick laughs and says "Okay you 2 better not get into trouble." "We wont!!" I tell him. "Promise." Jessica says.

"That's why you 2 girls are my favorite." Nick says. "Love you Jess." Nick says. "Love you Daddy!!" Jessica says to him. She kisses him on the cheek and we head inside. Jessica closed the door and we squeal and hug each other.

"Thank goodness you're here. I need some cheering up." I say. "Why?? What happened??" Jessica asks me. "It's Josh. I'll show you once we get to my room." I say. She nods and follows me to my room.

We get into my room and Jessiva puts her suitcase on the ground and jumps on my bed. "SHOW MEH!!!" she yells. I laugh. "See? You're already making me laugh." I say and smile. She smiles too.

I get my phone out and go to Josh's Instagram. I let her see the videos of Josh kissing the girl and him in bed with HER!! "Oh no." Jessica says. I nod my head and shut my phone.

"ONCE HE FACETIMES YOU, YOU BETTER CONFRONT HIM!!!" she yells in my face. "Jess I can't do that. That WAYYYYY over my comfort zone." I say. "I DONT CARE!!! WHAT I CARE ABOUT IS HIM EXPLAINING IT TO YOU AND APOLOGIZING!!! IF HE DOESNT APOLOGIZE YOU GUYS ARE BREAKING UP!!! AND THATS FINAL!!" she yells.

"WHO'S BREAKING UP WITH WHO!!?!?!?!" Jonah yells worried as he comes into my room. "Nobody's gonna break up Jonah." I tell him. "Well... Not yet." Jessica says.  I look at her and she mouths. "I know who that girl was." I mouth back to her. "You do!!" she nods. We look at Jonah and I say.

"We're figuring things out right now. Once everything is figured out. We'll see if I break up with Josh or not." I say. "I KNEW THERE WAS SOMETHING UP WITH HIM!!" Jonah yells. "Jonah!! Calm down we dont know yet if it's a fake video or real one." I tell him. "Show me the video." Jonah says.

I pull out my phone go to Instagram and go Josh's account and let Jonah watch the videos. He got sympathetic as the video went on. Once it was done. I can tell he was about to scream. "Jonah you're not my mom. Calm down." I say. Jessica laughs. And Jonah gives up and leaves my room.

Once Jonah closed the door Jessica looks at me. "I got a plan." she says. She gets her phone and texts what I think is the girl and she facetimes her.
