*Lauren's POV*
"MOM!! IM HOME!!" I yell. She doesn't answer. "MOM!!!!" I yell. "MOM!!" I race to her room and I found a note. It said...

Hey sweetie,
I know you're probably wondering where I am right now... Well you see... Connor got in a car crash and we went to the hospital. It's the nearest hospital so you can walk. But you don't need to go. I mean if you want to you can. Just make sure you get here safely.

CONNOR GOT IN A CAR CRASH!!!! I quickly put my stuff away and rush to the nearest hospital. I tell check in with the receptionist and I race to Connor's room.

I open the door. Everyone looks. I rush to my mom who was right by Connor. "Is he going to be okay??" I ask her. "We don't know yet... The doctors still have to figure it out." she tells me. I nod. I look at Connor.

"I hope he's alright." I say. "We all do kiddo." Connor's mom says as she enters the room. "Hi Ms. Andrew!" I say as I walk up to her and give her a hug. "Hi kiddo." she says as she returns my hug with one arm while the other arm and strokes my hair.

We let go and she goes to my grandma and sits next to her and they start talking. I go back to my spot next to my mom and put my head on her shoulder. "He'll be okay pumpkin. He'll be back in no time" She says to me. "Hopefully." I say.

The doctors walk in the room and tell us. "He's in a coma." We all gasp. I hug my mom. "Does that mean I will never see him again??" I ask her. Tears forming in my eyes.

"I don't know honey. But I promise we will visit everyday if you want." my mom tells me. "Okay." I say as two tears run down my face.

"How long Doc?" Ms. Andrew asks. The doctor sighs and says "5 years." I cry. So he can't talk to me or even look at me in five years!! I whimper. "I'll let you have some time." the Doc says. He walks out of the room.

Then everyone comes over to my mom and me and talk. "You know 5 years may seem like a lot. But before you know it kiddo 5 years will pass and he'll be back up on his feet." Ms Andrew says as she puts an arm over my shoulder.

"And like I said sweetie 'we will visit everyday if you want.'" my mom says. "Okay." I say crying. "But is it okay if I stay with Nikki for a bit longer??" I ask. "For as long as you want honey." my mom says. "Thanks mom." I say.

"You're welcome honey. Now go pack your stuff so you can go to Nikki's." she says. "Ok mom." I say. I get up and we start to go until Ms. Andrew stands up and says "I'll take her. You watch over him. I promise she'll be safe."

"Are you sure?" my mom asks. "Of course!!" Ms. Andrew says. "Okay." my mom says and goes to take a seat next to Connor. Ms. Andrew comes with me to our house.

I get my stuff and I hop in Ms. Andrew's car. "How long are you gonna stay there??" she asks me. "I'm thinking until I feel better." I answer. "Do they know you're coming??" she asks. "No... I'm going to text Nikki." I say. "Okay." Ms. Andrew says.

I turn off my phone and wait for a response.

*Nicole's POV*
I unlock the door and step inside. I ask Auntie and the boys. "Hey is it okay if Lauren stays here for awhile??" I ask them. "Why?" my auntie asks. "Let me ask her..." I say. I pill out my phone and text Lauren.
