"I know things are bad right now. But don't let it worry you" Vladimir stated, helping Juliet sit up on the bathroom counter. He grabbed a cloth and soaked it under the faucet. He ringed it out a little and rolled up his sleeves. He looked her in the eyes and got a little closer. "Can I clean you?" She felt so distraught, but knew that Vladimir was only trying to help her and make her feel better. She slowly nodded. "Alright then." He removed the hair from her neck carefully and dabbed the sensitive area. Juliet winced in pain. Vladimir gently took her hand in his. He faced her once more. "It will be alright. I know it hurts, but the pain will vanish soon, I promise." He then continued and wiped the blood away slowly. He keep their hands intertwined as he lowered his hand to her collarbone and shoulders. He let the cool cloth soothe the scratches as he compressed it against her skin. He placed the cloth a little lower, noticing the marks on her chest. "This might hurt a bit, so feel free to squeeze my hand if it gets too unbearable." Juliet nodded slightly at this. Vladimir slowly pressed the cloth against her chest, wiping the blood from a scratch on the upper part of her breast. He extinguished the other scratches on her body before continuing to her stomach. He helped her sit up a bit more as he kneeled down a bit to get to the scratches on her inner thighs and legs. He held her hand, comforting her through the pain as he dabbed the sensitive skin of the scratches and bruises. He placed his other hand on her leg to keep her in place as he washed the blood away. He soon finished and disposed of the cloth and grabbed a towel. "Here" he handed her the towel and helped her wrap it around herself. "I'll have one of my servants set out some clothes for you. Let's get you to your room so you can rest." He picked her up and carried her to her bedroom. After entering the room, he placed her on her bed, still holding her hand. He turned to leave after setting her down.
"Vladimir..." She breathed. He turned back to face her again. He approached her, placing a hand gently on her cheek.
"Do not worry, I will send my guards to watch the castle grounds, you'll be safe." Before he could turn away, she reached out, placing a hand on his bicep.
"Please...can you stay with me..." He looked at her. "I don't want to be alone..."
"Alright. I will stay with you."
