Here I am again. Didn't disappear again totally. I haven't wrote in this book since December. Well done me, a whole 7 months.
But shit has come, and shit has gone. Anyway, I thought I'd update you on my current situation, and it sounds like the biggest fanfiction ever written.
So my love life is currently being started up again after a long needed year. I'm telling you, after been done so dirty and going through a nasty patch of losing someone you loved and was your best friend is rough. So a year was definitely needed to reset and repair the heart strings. But things are amazing right now.
Flashback to about let's say 14/15 years ago. I met my now best friend and literally didn't think I'd ever let my eyes wander the way they did. Since October I've had the biggest heart eyes for him. It started off so subtle, but now everyone seems to know but oh well. So I eventually plucked up the courage and asked him to formal (prom) and he actually said yes and MY HEART NEARLY FELL THROUGH MY ASS!!!
Then for the past week we got to spend a lot more time together than what we've had in a while and I was literally shaking so much. (He also asked me to his formal as well so YES).
If I was to give any advice to someone in a relationship who feels that it may not be going so smoothly, it would be:
1. Take things slow. If you think things aren't as rosey as they used to be think about if you need to stay or go.
2. If things do end then take time. They say time heals all wounds and they're not wrong. Take some time to yourself before you let yourself look for someone else.
3. Always trust your heart, not your head! In experience I've had to go through so much trial and error to find the one I think could be the one. It doesn't matter how long it takes!
4. Never let your friends, or others, sway your mind. Be yourself. If you know you know.
So that's me for another 7 months let's say. I love you all very very much. Stay in school, don't open the door to strangers, don't put a fork in the toaster, you know the usual. Toodle-loo pals ❤
