Why give the Foxes crackers?

Why does Andrew test the Foxes based on cracker dust and drinks? What is the reason behind taking it willingly or not?

The test isn't whether or not they take the drinks & drugs willingly. The whole point of the night is to find out who they are and why they're here, and therefore determine if they're going to be a problem for Andrew's lot. The drinks & cracker dust simply make it easier to get the truth out of them, and the fact that Andrew's group is also partaking is intended to make the guest feel a little.. safer? more included? Besides, how the teammates react to the presence of such things helps Andrew judge them.
