Audri's POV

I looked in the mirror. I had two scars on my face one at the bottom of my chin and one to the right of my forehead. Nothing a little make-up can't fix. Once I finished my shower I picked out my outfit. A black v-neck with a white bandana,white jeans,and black Toms. I just left my hair out and curly. Just a lazy simple outfit for a lazy simple day.

As I got downstairs it was eerily quiet. Everyone was gone. My sister must've went to a "friend's house" and my parents must've went somewhere. Since it ws pretty early I just started watching spongebob and eating a bag of Hot Cheetos. When it was 6:45 I slowly got up and grabbed my sister's second car keys and headed out the door.

When I got to school I took notice in a group of people standing outside the front school doors. As I got closer I realized it was Cameron,Kyrhee,Jay, and some other dudes. I simply rolled my eyes at Cameron a flash of hurt crossed his face but just as quick as it came it was replaced with no emotion.

Kyrhee stopped talking bit his lip and then jogged up to me.

"Hey Audri." My name rolled off his tounge smoothly. I smiled.

"Hi." I replied shyly. He grabbed my arm and stopped walking. So I did too.

"What's wrong?" I asked. Trying to read his emotions.

"Why do you always act so shy around me?" He asked. Smirking while he waited for my response.

"Why does it matter?" I asked with a hint of venom in my voice. But quickly tried to cover it with a smirk of my own.

"Now you trying to act like you catching an attitude? " he asked. Before I answered he continued walking and talking.

"Anyway about our date I changed it to tomorrow. I'll pick you up at 3 so it's close to after school." He said not waiting for my response as he strided down the hall being greeted by other people.

When I got to my 3rd block before lunch I noticed Cameron staring at me.

"Can I help you?" I asked.

"Hey Audri are you mad at me?" He asked looking deeply into my eyes. There was something different that I just couldn't put my finger on.

"Are you kidding me?" I said looking dead at him. I continued."You weren't even trying to defend me when your little hoe came at me. You just stood there like you always do you just stand there and don't do shit." I spat at him while giving my coldest stare.

"I'm.." he started. "Fuck your sorry." I said just in time for the bell to ring and dismiss us to lunch. Before I had the chance to slip out of the door Cameron gripped my arm softly. "I'm coming over and we'll talk about this." He said more in a kind of demanding tone. I just pulled myself from his grasp and walked away.

At lunch

"Yeah and then I said you better come back here and i was like bang bang dang tang...." by now i was in tears.

"Wait wtf are you even talking about Dre how did you get from having two kids to this?" I said wiping my tears away." I'm just random Ima go get another burger." He said before walking away. I was sitting at Kyrhee's table along with Jay and Bre and other people. Jay and Bre are one speaking terms but she said she needs time to heal and adjust.

After lunch

"I love you Audri." Kyrhee said as his cool minty breath brushed against my skin. He began to suck on my neck causing me to moan.

"Hello Ms.Cater are you going to answer the question?" All eyes were on me.

"Uh... yeah Emily decided that she didn't want to be friends with Jack because she felt betrayed." I said referring to the book we were reading. She eyed me then said.

"Good but pay more attention next time. " When she started talking again I thought about what I just daydreamed of. I shook the dirty thought from my head. I just met this guy like 2, 3 days I need to stop.

The next day after school

I was getting ready for my date with Kyrhee and Bre was over helping me. I had settled well Bre had settled on picking out a white and black jersey,a black bandana, black jeans, and my timberlands. I didn't want hm to think I was dressing up. Bre had straightened my hair so it reached a little below my shoulders and then I neatly placed the bandana on my hair. As for my makeup I only covered up the scratches I got from Taylor.

I heard a honk outside I said goodby to my parents and headed out th door.

"Hey you look gorgeous. " Kyrhee said while kissing my cheek. I could feel my cheeks burning up.

"Thanks. " I said smiling back at him shyly.

" I love it when I make you blush." He said as he was opening the car door. I felt someone's eyes on me so I looked up and looked around I look at Cameron's room window and I saw him with a look of ...jealousy no it couldn't be. I just shook my head and got inside the car.

As we drove down the street and out the neighborhood we sat in a comfortable silence as the music played.

"So Audri tell me about yourself. " Kyrhee said as he kept his eyes on the road.

" Well what do you wanna know?" I said keeping his curiosity on edge.

"Well for starters where you from?" He asked?

"Mmmm South of Cali." I said keeping the answer short and simple and sweet. We continued to ask each other questions as we rode to the mystery place.

Once we for there I immediately got excited. "OMG SKYZONE." I screamed in excitement. "I love this place. "I said hugging hi as we got out of the car. I stepped on my tippy toes and kissed his cheek. Realizing what I did I looked down.

" Sorry." I said. "It's alright its hard to resist this I understand. " he said playfully. I softly punched him in his arm as we were walking inside.

After skyzone we went to Chipotle. We continued to get to know each other.

"So Audri I feel like I've known you for a long time." He started.... my heart beat quickened as he slowly breathed out.

"And I was wondering if you could..." He paused and looked at me.

"What is it?" I asked.

"If you could get me a puppy." He said while laughing.

"It wasn't that funny. " I said while laughing.

"Alright I'll just cut to the chase do you wanna be my girlfriend?? " He asked looking deeply in my eyes trying to find some sort of emotion.

"We just met... I started. "I know but I promised to treat you right." He said still waiting any response. I sighed deeply. What could go wrong?

"Sure...but if you hurt me just know I won't give you a second chance." I said smiling brightly at him. He reached over to me from the wheel and kissed me taking me by surprise his smooth lips tasted sweet making me crave for me but I controlled myself.

When we got to my house only my sister's car was here. My parents were on a business trip. Kyrhee came and opened my door. I took my keys out of my purse. As soon as Kyrhee and I stepped inside something was off. I started upstairs and heard low moans. Wtf. When I opened my sister's room door I saw her giving her boyfriend head.

"Oh my gosh can't you get some fucking respect." I said as I walked away shaking my head. Kyrhee was in my room looking at the pictures of me when I was younger some included Cameron. He was looking at the one where it was a collage of me and Cameron one where I was kissing his cheek and he was kissing mine in another.

"Y'all are close?" He asked eyeing the picture.

"Yea." I said thinking back to the day we took the pictures. Back when we had not a single care in the world at 5. I smiled to myself.

Hours later

Kyrhee left. I took a shower got dressed and slipped into bed. I thought to myself i'm really lucky.
