I didn't make it far. I pressed against a tree and caught my breath. I couldn't believe what I had just done. I had almost kissed Pan. Pan. Peter. Freaking Pan. And he wanted to kiss me back. I didn't understand the vast emotions i was feeling. I thought i hated him. But when I was fighting with him and he had me against that tree I felt butterflies. I feel like a school girl. The person on this island who I thought I hated... No, that I DO hate, gave me butterflies. And because of it, I hated him even more. I stormed back to camp and ran into my tent. Sitting inside was Felix. He stood up. "You're back?!" I nodded. "I'm back" "What happened?!" Felix asked "I beat Pan. I'm staying." Felix grabbed me and hugged me tight. " Let's get something to eat. You must be starved." Felix got me some food and sat next to me on the log. He put his arm around my waist and i rested my head on his shoulder. With Felix I felt safe. Safer than I have ever felt before. At least as far as I can remember. I heard Pan land with a heavy thud behind us. We both turned and Pan zeroed in on my head and Felix's arm. Pan narrowed his eyes and said "So this is you hot date?" Then he walked over to his tent and shut the flap. I could see him pacing back and forth. Felix turned to look at me "Date?" I shrugged "I don't know." Felix is like my older brother here on the island. But Pan didn't need to know that.

                                                     ------------- Pan's P.O.V----------------

I just stood there. I couldn't move. Delia had done things to me that no one has ever done before. It couldn't happen again. Delia made me weak. That was how she beat me. I don't do weakness. I healed my shoulder and started to fly back to camp thinking of Delia. No I thought. I can't. She had gotten lucky that one time. I would not allow it to happen again. I looked down and saw Delia sitting by the fire. Sitting rather close was one of my lost boys.  I was filled with anger... when I touched down I saw just how close they really were, and I clenched my jaw. They both turned to look at me and I saw she was with Felix. I stormed into my tent and began pacing. Why was I so angry. Just this morning I had despised Delia now I was jealous of Felix? I stopped and sat on my bed. I can't let this bother me I decided. Delia means nothing to me. It was a brief moment and now its over. I blew out my candle and laid in bed staring at the roof of my tent. Trying to block out all thoughts of Delia and Felix.

Weeks had passed since Delia and Pan's moment. The first few days they both acted strange. Avoiding each other and blushing when anyone asked how the fight went. Soon enough they were back to hating each other. Delia had been continuing her practices every morning training to be even better than before. She decided to take a different route home so she could stretch her legs. She was walking along in silence looking up at the tops of the trees not paying attention to where she was going when she ran into something hard. She looked up and saw Pan's face staring down at her. "Watch where you're going." He growled. "Sorry. Geez." Delia said. Peter cleared his throat. "If you could take your hands off me, that would be great." Delia realized she still had her hands on him. She became aware of his hard muscular abs beneath his shirt. Her face heated up and she quickly removed her hands and began to mumble apologies. Peter smirked at her and kept walking. "Where are you going?" She asked following him. "None of your business." He shot back. "Ok." she replied and continued to follow him. "He stopped and turned towards her. "You're going to follow me there aren't you." He asked. I smirked and nodded my head "Yep!" Peter turned around and continued to walk.
