38 - Cheer Me Up

Hi. So okay i've been watching Victorious once again. ( i miss that show :< ) and in one of the episodes ( tori goes platinum ) o had an idea on one of the songs, Tori's song. So here you go, I hope you like it : >

Yoongi had been sad for a couple of days now, his track was rejected which made Yoongi to had no motivation in making another song, and Jungkook being caught up in his office doesn't help. Jungkook and him wouldn't have time to talk, When Jungkook come hom Yoongi was asleep and if Jungkook woke up in the morning Yoongi was asleep. Being this far doesn't help Yoongi cope with his sadness.

Jungkook was happy that his work was now done, His worker took a week off as his wife was in labor, who was Jungkook to say no?

Jungkook was now going home much early he had felt that Yoongi was sad or depressed. And Jungkook knew what had happened. So Jungkook went home real early for him to check up on Yoongi.

Yoongi was staring into the tv but his attention wasn't on it. It was on something else. His eyes was tore off the tv when he heard the door slowly opened. Yoong was confused but as it all processed one thing had appeared in his mind. It was his escape and home, Jungkook.

Jungkook ran to Yoongi and hugged him " i'm sorry i haven't been home early lately, one of my workers asked an week off. His wife was in labor "

The couple just stood there hugging the life out of each other
Not bothering to talk. With Just this simple Gesture Yoongi could feel the sadness strip away from him. It was only Jungkook who can do this, who can get him out of the slump he is in.

That's why i need you.
To cheer me up, come on dance with me.
And you take my hand.
Oh, cheer me up even if were the only ones dancing.

after minutes Jungkook pulled away and held Yoongi's face with his right hand " Baby, i know what happened okay? I know you can get through it okay? You're one of the best composers i know and it's their loss that they rejected you okay? Don't let them bring you down, Promise be that. "

Yoongi stared at Jungkook eyes almost spilling tears. Jungkook just held Yoongi in his chest letting him know that it was fine to cry and that he was safe as long as he was in his arms. And that was what Yoongi did. He cried and cried until he had let it all out.

After a couple of seconds Yoongi was feeling good. He pulled away from the hug and showed that precious smile to Jungkook.

But no matter how big that smile is Jungkook knew he was still feeling sad. So he pulled away from Yoongi's comfort and walked to his phone and played their Favorite song.

Yoongi smiled as Jungkook held his left hand with his own and lead Yoongi's other hand in his shoulder and then his free hand had been wrapped in Yoongi's waist ( y'know the waltz position like that. )

They were both swaying into the music in the middle of their house with smiles in their faces and as time passed by Yoongi's sadness soon was replaced by a new memory, a happy one. This what always happens when Yoongi was sad. Jungkook would cheer him up in his own unique way, Dancing was Yoongi's favorite. So they both continued on dancing even if they were the only one that was doing it.
