Chapter eight

~nobodys pov~

Naruto walked past many villagers lost in thought. 'Mabey i can go to jiji today to ask if i can enter the Academy early? Probably not. Well worth a try dattebayo!' The young blond thought to himself as he picked up Dash.

He ran to the hokage tower to ask. He was old enough. At that time an ANBU crossed his path. Naruto bumped into the silver haired man wearing a dog mask. As the blond bumped into the man he ploped on the ground droping the fox onto his lap. "Hey watch were your going dattebayo!" Naruto told the man in the dog mask.

The man looked at naruto and inspected him. He had the blond hair with twigs dirt and dry blood, sparkling blue eyes, A grass mask, googles around his neck, a white t-shirt stained brown and red with the uzumaki simble on the back, some ripped black ANBU pants with dirt all over them, black ANBU shoes that are worn out, and a grass bandaged hand.

"The hokage needs you." Dog told the small boy. "Ok I was already on my way!" With that said naruto stood up grabbing his fox and continued his way to the hokage tower.

*time skip to the hokage tower*

~jiji's POV~

I sat there in my desk defeating my worst enemy, paper work! As I sat there i heard tiny foot steps. '*sigh*

"JIJI!!!!!! I WANT TO ENTER THE ACADEMY!!!!!" Naruto yelled bursting through the door. I chuckled at narutos statement. He looked confused. "Naruto, thats why i called you here" his eyes changed from the confused look to excitement."I wanted to put you in the Academy. I was going to ask you but I think that isn't needed." I told him as he sat on the floor cross legged with his new friend on his lap. I pulled a two sheets of paper out of my drawer. "Here naruto-" I gave him the two sheets of paper. "- that one there is the list of supplies and that one over there is the Academy test. Do this at the orphanage then tomorrow you give It two me. Understood?" I pointed at each to so he knew which was which. He nooded his head. "Good. Now run along! Shoo shoo!" I told him as I shooed him out of the office. He giggled in the way out. "*Sigh* now to get back to my worst enemy. Paper work!" I mumbled to myself as i made my way back to my chair.

~Narutos POV~

I giggled on my way out of the office. I stoped laughing when i realized i cant go to the orphanage. I ran back into the forest to look for some pencils that were droped here with dash of course. With no luck i made my way into the village to look for through some trash cans. I managed to find a bag to put my stuff in, some worn out pencils and markers that were still useful, paper, plates, food, a box to sleep and write on, emptey water bottles, yen, and torn blankets. Im suprized i found that in a whole night.

The sun was slowly rising so I desided to find a spot to set up camp. I placed my box next to a river i found while walking around. I got my empty water botles and filled them with water. Once i did that i took off my shirt to wash it in the river. It was mostly clean. It was still wet so i cleaned my teeth using the cloth of the shirt. After that i put the shirt on and cleaned the rest of my clothes.

I put everything away and flipped my box over to do my test. "Ahhh i finaly done with the chores. Now its time for the test!" i told myself.

1. What is a hokage?
A hokage is a kage of Konohagakure, a title bestowed on the village's leader. The Hokage is generally regarded as the strongest shinobi in the village. Hokage means fire shadow.

2. How many kages are there and what village are they from?
There are five and they are called the "Five Kage," they each have there own respective hidden villages. The first kage is Watershadow (Mizukage), Fireshadow (Hokage), Windshadow (Kazekage) , Earthshadow (Tsuchikage) , and Lightningshadow (Raikage).

*a cuple questions later*

"And the last question..... DONE! Now its time to go to jiji's office dattebayo!" with that said i stood up and brushed the dirt and bugs off of my pants and left. "Next week is going to be a big day!" I yelled while dash circled around me.
