Driven by Hate

I can't see the rain in the dark,
the rain that blooms the love in the heart.
I can't see the rain in the dark,
the rain that washes the tears of the heart.
I can't see the rain in the dark,
the rain that revives the broken heart.

But who will bring me out of this dark
when everyone pretends not to see the dark?

Oh, I've always hated the sunshine.
And now I stand in the dark, telling myself not to run back.
It's funny, how one day you yearn for something that you once hated.

After all,the hate makes bitter decisions.
Like those decisions that will leave you in the dark,
while all those with love in their heart embraces the sunshine.

But who will bring me out of this dark
when everyone pretends not to see the dark?
It takes the one who have been through the dark,to bring another out of the dark.

Few days ago I was sitting on my couch and this poem just occurred to me, so I don't know what this poem has conveyed to you guys, but I think
to me it conveys the message that:

Hate drives you into darkness.
In this poem the person hated
sunshine and that hate made him/her choose darkness.
But later he/she understands that his/her decision has left  him/her in the dark and he/she regrets it.
At the same time the person
speaks about how the world pretends not to see the ones in the darkness.
Hence hatred drives you into darkness and one day you will crave for that one thing you hated.
