By the time I got there she started class. Ms.Rampp stopped talking and stared at me.

"Why are you late Nikki. It's day 156 now you should know not to come in late "

I bowed my head and walked towards my seat.

"Sorry won't happen again "

"After school with me " she turned around and started writing on the broad.

"This is all shade fault" I whispered taking out my notebook.

Ms.Rampp whipped her head around and stared me in the eye.

"Did you say something Nikki "

"No" I lied

"Really because I saw your lips moving and heard word coming out of your mouth"

" OK fine I'm walking out " I put my hands up in surrender and walked out of the class. "Wait " I stuck my head back into the room. "Do I still have after school "

She stared at me like she couldn't believe the day she was having. "Yes"ms. Rampp said calmly

" extra work for tomorrow " I whisped and walked away.

I then realized that pearl was my ride  and she was back at ms rampp's class room

"Crap!" I said stopping my feet.

My tattoo starts burning in Goosebumps appeared again

"Bad day" shade was leaning against the bathroom door.

This is all your fault " I said gritting my teeth "you bumped into me then you argued with me saying I bumped into you there for making me in a terrible mood plus making me late to government that equals me hating everything that moves"

I ignored him "what are you even doing here"

" I should ask you the same I thought you were a good girl"

" I was trying to figure out what type you were and I came up with a good girl"

Shade push himself off the wall "are you just trying to change the subject"

" I honestly have no idea what we were talking about"

Shade smiled , amused again

" why do you find me amusing"

"Because the faces you make are cute"

I was going to make a comeback but I couldn't form words, I was speechless.

I cut him off "annoying"

" so I'm not amazing hot"

"Nope" I shook my head

I pretended to considerate "how about no"

I stomped away mumbling to myself

"Nikki" I turned around and resumed walking.

I sighed "what"

"You have no ride home after school"

"What does that have to do with the conversation we're having now"

"Your ride won't wait for you for an hour and a half while you sit and do extra work"

I rolled my eyes "I'll walk home"

Shade cross his arms over his chest "really how far away is your home"

"Not far"

"You're lying"

"What the fudge" I stomped my feet.

"How about I drive you home"

I froze

"Come on" shade had encouraged.

What's my other options I thought nothing

I grimaced "fine"

Shade smirked "I knew you wanted me "

"The only reason I'm doing this is because I need a ride" I had it for the library "see you later"

"Till then and later" shade turned his back.

I shook my head what's wrong with him wait what's wrong with me ,I said yes. I mentally facepalmed why did I say yes.
