How it works: the ability to change time. The person holds a watch of some sort and taps the palm of their hand. The number of taps will change the time
Ex: 1 tap = pause, 2 taps = resume, tap and hold = go forward, double tap and hold = go back
Drawbacks: when the person resumes the time, the will be very exhausted. If it's for a little bit the person will have a migraine. Only major time jumps results to bleeding out the nose, ear, mouth, etc.

It's the closest to what i had in mind. The reason I chose this is because the sleeves cover their hands, making it hard for anyone to tell when they're using their quirk.
