The cold air bit at my face, I took off my jacket and threw it down onto the roof. I peered down and everything looked small and unimportant. Ironic right? I braced myself, what will it feel like? Silence, peace, I found my escape. That's it no more yelling, no more failure no more....... My train of thought was interrupted.

" Don't do it." A peaceful voice called from behind me.

"I have to" I replied as I peered down.

"No you don't, and you won't, you realize there is about a 25% chance possibility that you could live but just end up with all of your bones broken." he answered

"I just can't...... Deal with this anymore." I half screamed.

" You will be ok, I promise." he reassured.

Just as he said that I tripped and almost fell off the roof, he lunged toward me and pulled me back up. I burst into tears in his arms, he just sat there holding me speaking softly in my neck as I sobbed.

After what seemed like hours he stood up taking me inside. I sat in my bed wrapping myself around my blanket I started at him and whispered " Thank You, for what you did, you saved me."

" Don't worry about it.'' he replied with a smile.
