As for some brief back story, upon moving to Midgard after Ragnarok, Thor and Loki lived in Stark towers. Loki was alone, that is, until he met Peter. Initially annoyed, Loki soon came to enjoy the spiderlings presence, and they were eventually best friends.
However, it wasn't until years later, when Peter, now an adult, started dating a man that Loki started to realise he had feelings for Peter. Eventually Peter noticed, and Loki won him over. They have been dating since.
