"YOU'RE LATE. AGAIN." Lucas Sinclair sighed as Mike and Cindy parked their bikes in the bike racks outside the mall.

"We're gonna miss the opening." Will stated, walking toward the pair. Cindy sent Will an apologetic smile as she walked away from Mike to stand by Max, linking her arm through her's and smiling at her friend.

"Yeah, if you guys keep whining about it. Let's go." Mike scoffed, walking ahead of the group as they made their way inside the mall.

Lucas made his way to the front of the group to walk next to Mike, while Will fell behind, walking closer to the girls. Turning away from her conversation with Max, Cindy frowned as she noticed Will not walking with the boys as he usually would. Feeling her eyes on him, Will turned to meet Cindy's eyes, forcing a smile as he took notice of the frown on her face.

"Let me guess....you were busy...." Lucas raised his voice so that Cindy, Max, and Will would be able to hear their conversation before making obnoxious kissing noises with his mouth.

"Oh yeah, real mature, Lucas." Mike shook his head, not bothering to look at the boy.

"Oh, Cindy....I wish we could make out forever, and never hang out with any of our friends." Lucas laughed, looking over his shoulder so he could see Cindy's reaction of rolling her eyes. Cindy was grateful Lucas didn't catch the fact that her cheeks had turned a light shade of pink.

"Lucas, stop." Max called out, pulling Cindy closer into her side.

"Will thinks it's funny." Lucas smiled, looking over at Will, who was trying not to laugh. Both girls looked over at Will, who shrugged and sent them a shy smile.

"That's because it is funny." Will agreed, nudging Cindy in the side with his elbow.

"Yeah, it's so funny that I want to spend romantic time with my girlfriend." Mike stated, turning and carefully grabbing Cindy's hand, pulling her in front of the group to walk with him as they made their way toward Scoops Ahoy. Seeing that Max's arm was now rid of Cindy, Lucas took the time to wrap an arm around Max's shoulders, pulling her closer to him.

"I'm spending romantic time with my girlfriend." Lucas stated, laughing as Mike started walking faster, pulling Cindy along with him.

Mike pulled Cindy along behind him, making her practically trip over her feet as she tried to catch up with him, his long legs out running her shorter ones.

"Calm down, Mike. We're gonna make it on time." Cindy smiled, wrapping her free hand around their interlocked ones, running to the counter to stand beside him as he rang the service bell repeatedly. The girl behind the counter, Robin, just stared at them before angling her head to the side so she could call out to the back room of the store.
