"So what do you think?" I showed my friend, Crystal the big surprise but Crystal was unsure what she was looking at. I gave a huge facepalm, the surprise was right in front of her! It was an old charming Victorian styled building. Two floors, black brick walls with white window frames. It was a stunning piece itself. The building was symmetrical on both sides with a garden but Crystal was worried. "Are you sure about buying this place, Mariam?" she questions. I've always been know for crazy schemes but this was my biggest one yet! My art deserves to be put out there on a wooden frame. "And I'm running out of space in my storage." I added on.
We continued our conversation at the back of the building. The back was stunning. There were some seats located at the back and the first thing that will catch your eye is the creek.
"So how are you going to buy the building" said Crystal giving me a smirky smile. She thought I didn't plan this out but I did. "I know the owner!" I answered. At that point there was no way Crystal couldn't agree. "It's Don Lothario." Crystal face changed to a shock. "What's the price?" She asked and continued, "and it better be clean. I heard stories from about that boy toy artist." I was definitely sure it was clean. He didn't asked for anything sexual or inappropriate. He really meant business. The price is around § 40,000 with § 5,000 a month of rent. I'm giving in all my money hoping that it will come out a success. Crystal also asked "Once you bought the museum, how are you going to maintain it?" She questioned me with a difficult one. Well I can ask Crystal to help out. I also saw my new neighbour, Artison doesn't have a job. His at home most of the time doing his laundry. Maybe he can help out.
