"That was horrible!" Summer said towards me. "I know right! Next time, we will try again!" I agreed heartfully and nodded to the horrendous fact. "We should probably get ready soon for the dinner party tomorrow!" I said excitedly to Summer. We stayed up late at night choosing what glamorous clothes to wear. Summer went for a gorgeous, ravishing dress while I went for a very traditional Chinese dress. Somtimes, I wish I had stole it when I had the chance. "We look great!" Summer praised ourselves, "We should probably get a good night's sleep," and that's what we did. We quickly switched into our long PJs and went to our comfy bed.
The next day, I woke up energized to a sudden scrumptious smell. I looked across to somehow Travis's home but found that his kitchen was quite quiet and deserted. I then thought, it was coming from our kitchen. Summer was out of bed already. When I went down, she was prepping delicious, steaming-hot food for the soon-to-be dinner party. I didn't want to bother as she might be feeling a lot of stress in there.
The evening sun was sinking down when Travis came in with a dashing, handsome outfit. Summer and I were there nervous to greet him at the front garden. We had a small talk with him but we mostly talked about the new neighbour, boring! I couldn't remember his name but I rember Travis telling the word "art" and "son". Weird.... Anyway, it was dinner time and Travis ate like a hungry hippo that didn't eat for 10 freaking years! We barely talked to him and when we finally (and luckily) did, it was always about this stupid neighbour! He so attached to him! But I wonder why?
