Love Day is in the air, a day where you can have a special time with your beloved. For me, it's just laundry and work. I never ask anyone out before, not even the girl next door. I don't know what makes it so tough but whenever I walk towards her door, I fearfully walk away again. Well, not anymore! I'm going to knock on that door and say something. So I confidently walked towards her door and turned around suddenly with sudden anxiety. But before walking anymore further, the door opened and the girl behind it was surprised to see me. Of course, I had a conversation about the neighbourhood.

In that weird-but-casual converse, a question slipped from my lips, "Do you have any plans for Love Day?" She had a depressed look. She answered disappointed, "My friend, Crystal, was suppose to follow me to go to the skating rink." A thought came by in my head but I listened still with lesser focus, "But she's busy with her daughter's career," after hearing that, I felt pity. Skating rinks must have meant very important to her but an urge made me fell. "I can take you there!" Immediately, I felt panicked. What did I just spoke!? The girl shifted to a joyful expression suddenly, saying she couldn't wait. "Also, I'm Mariam! Sorry for not telling earlier. Nice to meet you!" I now finally know her name!

We made it to the huge wooden panel skating rink and Mariam skated gracefully and perfectly. I was obvioisly new to skating so it took me a few tough tries but we enjoyed it together deeply. We took a little break and had some cupcakes and honey tea. Mmmmmm.... honey tea. After a while, I felt necessary to ask about the shady guy that kept on coming to our place. She looked around and leaned to my left ear, saying, "I'm buying a museum for my work." (she also mentioned the guy was the previous owner of the museum) But Mariam mentioned she needs help at the museum and wondered if I could help. At that saying, I was 100% interested.

Time flew over with a flash and it's already dusk. We're still at the now deserted rink and I thought We should leave. Before hopping into the car, she thanked me and KISSED MY CHEEK!!!!!!
