As we walked into the house, Isaac knew that something was wrong, here he was standing in front of us, he looked so apologetic but so naive to even come here.
I then walked up to him and said, "What do you think you're doing here? Who the heck invited you!"
"I can explain!" Lacey walked over to us
"Explain what! How can you invite your brother? Do you even know what he did to me?"
"I know what he did you and as a matter of fact he was invited to the barbecue ever since last week. I mean we're always invited to your event."
"Not anymore" Thomas chimed in
"Thomas" Lacey said
"Yes dear! I'm back. And as a matter of fact your brother is banned from seeing my sister ever again." He said
"Bella, if only you could hear me out! What I did was a mistake and I promis-"
"Enough Stephan! I don't want to have to deal with this. You've already hurt me and yet you still have the energy to come here let alone ruin my night." I said
"Stephan I think it's time for you to go and as for you Lacey, we have a lot of things to discuss." Thomas said
Stephan walked out of the door, his face saddened but I couldn't care less because of the things he did to me; Lacey on the other hand, walked with Thomas to the backyard, as for Isaac and I we both went to the living room.
He sat me down, calmed me down by patting my back, along with assuring me, I then smiled, thanked him and went up to my room.
I changed into my barbecue outfit, I did my hair and make up again then went back down to the backyard where I greeted my mom and her friends. I looked around for Isaac and saw him sitting with Lacey and Thomas, I then made my way to their table and sat down.
I looked over at Lacey and saw how happy she was talking to Thomas again, I then drank my water and focused talking to Isaac. Surprisingly our conversation went really well, we enjoyed dinner and enjoyed each other's company. After several hours of eating and drinking, the barbecue slowly came to an end.
I said goodbye and thanked everyone for coming, I then took isaac outside, walked him towards his car, there we were standing, looking at each other like we're the only ones in the world.
He had this look that he wanted to kiss me, I knew I wanted him to kiss me but we both knew that it was too soon, so he kissed my cheek and said our goodnights. He went inside his car, drove off, I walked back to my house, hung out with mom and Thomas for a few minutes then headed to my room.
I changed for bed, scrolled through my messages, checked my emails and headed to bed.
It was finally the next morning, I sat up in my bed, checked my phone, saw several messages from Andrea, , Luisa, Sabrina, Isaac and William.
I first checked Andrea's message
A : Hey B! I'm sorry to disturb you but do you wanna grab coffee with me? I have something to tell you.
I then replied
B : Sure A! Meet me at The Grove after school.
A : Great! See you then
After replying to her message, I read Luisa's message
L : Hey B! I know that you're probably still mad at me but I really need to talk to you.
I then thought about replying to her message but I knew that what she did was wrong and I still needed more time and space, so I decided to message her.
