Then Nathan appeared on her balcony...and the guilt of moving on haunted Maxie.
"What's wrong?" Peter asked her, sensing her agitation.
"I know it's crazy, but I thought I saw Nathan outside on the balcony?"
"Maybe you're just missing him?" Peter suggested, trying to make sense of it all.
"I really thought I'd moved on...but after seeing Nathan...I'm not so sure now?"
"I should go." Peter said, as he picked up his phone from Maxie's desk and attempted to walk out of Maxie's apartment.
"No, don't go!" Maxie told him, as she kissed him, but Nathan appeared inside the apartment, shaking Maxie to her core. "Nathan?!"
