Carly was sleeping late after a tumultuous night. Sonny kissed his sleeping wife and headed downstairs to the kitchen to make their family breakfast.

As Sonny was preparing breakfast, Carly was dreaming of Morgan as he wished her well with the new baby:

"Mom, it will be okay." Morgan told his mother.

"Morgan." Carly cried to her son.

"You and dad were great parents. This baby will know nothing but love."

The dream fizzled out when Carly woke up to the smell of eggs and bacon cooking. Getting up out of bed, she put on her robe and headed downstairs to join Sonny and Avery for breakfast, confused as to the dream she had of her dead son, Morgan.

When she got to the kitchen, she thought she saw Morgan at the table with Sonny and Avery.

"it's so good to see my family together—the four of us." Carly smiled.

"You mean three." Sonny reminded her. "It's just me and Avery."

"You, Avery and Morgan?" Carly was quick to quip, as Morgan looked in her direction before fading off.

"Carly, I know you miss our son, but it's just me and Avery here."

"But I saw him." Carly said. "Morgan! He was just sitting with you and Avery?"

Carly didn't understand? Morgan was right there? With Avery and Sonny? What was happening to her? Was it the dream she had before she woke up?

Sonny took Carly in his arms and hugged her before he helped her to her seat to enjoy breakfast with him and Avery.
