After our fiasco, everything went back to normal, but our connection and relationship was stronger. Aiden is trying his best to be with me all the time but him being a King lessens our times together but we still make time to be with each other. He always hold me tightly during the night, as if he was afraid I'll be gone.

People at the Kingdom are now slowly accepting me as Aiden's mate and I was thankful for that. What was once glares turned into respect, what was once sneers and snickers turned into smiles. It was amazing how people can change their attitudes towards me just because of a title.
But nontheless I was happy, but Aiden is more busy than usual today, I only see him during the night when he holds me. He seems so tired everytime he comes to bed and I felt sympathy for him.

Diana hugged me as soon as she saw my mark and I awkwardly hugged her back as she grins.

And as of right now, Diana was looking for a dress for me to wear tonight, I asked her what was going to happen tonight be she quickly changed topic and blabbered what type of dress I was going to wear. I was suspicious of her but I just shrugged it off.

Then I saw an amazing dress that was placed at the farthest corner, I walked towards it and carefully touched it. Its design is simple yet elegant, it is a red mermaid dress with a sweetheart neckline, its back is long enough to cover my scars if I were ever to wear it.

"Ooh, that looks so pretty" Diana says behind me and I smiled staring at the dress, she isn't wrong about that.

"Why don't you try it on?" she insisted and I wanted to tell her no but nodded instead. I carefully got the dress out of the mannequin and went inside a dressing room. I tried it on and was relived that it fits me, it was tight on the waist up to my knees but I can actually move freely. I didn't notice the slit on the left side of the dress, the bodice is decorated with gems and other things. It is elegant and seductive at the same time, I don't even know if it looks good on me.

Diana popped her head inside the dressing room and she gasped, I turned to look at her and she had both of her hands covering her mouth.

"How do I look?" I asked nervously.

"Oh Rose, you look like a Queen!" she said as she claps her hands, I blushed at her compliment and said my thanks.

I removed the dress carefully as we went to pay for it, I was nervous on how we were going to pay for the dress but Diana says that I shouldn't worry because Aiden told her he will be paying for everything. I was quite guilty that Aiden is paying for everything but Diana says that I deserve to be spoilt after everything that had happened to me.

At first, I was a little bit angry that Aiden told Diana without me knowing but my anger dissolved. I guess it was better that Diana knows, and I was grateful that she isn't acting weirdly around me just like Aiden did.

We walked out of the store and I breathed the fresh air. I still can't believe that I can freely go in and out of the Castle, but I had to have guards following me. I argued about this with Aiden but he said it was for my protection since he won't always be there to protect me and after what had happened last time with wolves attacking us I accepted having guards but I told him that they should guard me secretly. I was bothered with knowing guards were following me.

Diana and I head out to eat and after that we went back to the Castle, as Diana says I need to get ready. I don't even know what I'm getting ready for, but I humored Diana and let her do anything she wants with me.
