I got home, entering through the backyard garden, I walked through the French doors that's leads into the house.
"Winnie is that you?" My mother asked, she was dressed in her work attire, she works with our coven, she their vice president, while my dad is the president.
I took of my hoodie and dropped it on the chair, she just kept looking at me.
"Someone upset you?" And I gave my 'you think' look, I don't just like talking, the further I am from them the better.
"Okay honey, your lunch is the microwave, be ready 7:pm, we've got a party to attend, the soon to be alpha will be coming today, and we have to attend, no excuses" she said.
I just rolled my eyes going up the stairs, she knows that I don't like attending such party, never will, never have.

"Winnie I know your here, so stop with the bullshit and come out, mother wants you to get ready" he says
I release myself from it, so he can see me, I got up and dusted the dirt on my jeans, I pull my hood up.
"Oh, mum said no hoodie" and with that he leaves.
I got up and saw gowns outside my room, they know better to enter my room, I picked a simple black gown, well out of all them
After changing it, I use my powers to put my hair into a bun, what blame me, I'm lazy, I didn't put one ounce of makeup on my face, well my skin is spotless and honestly I don't want to stand out.
It's already 7:pm, I better get going,

I headed downstairs to meet my family, both Chris and father are dressed in suits, with not one hair out of place, well compared to them I look plain, which is what I'm going for well my mother, she dressed a black gown, her make up and hair was just perfect.

With her makeup and diamonds, she looks at me and says
"This won't do Winifred" before I could say anything, she uses her powers, to change my gown and she puts make up on me, I was about to change it when she says
"Don't even think of it Winifred, just for one night" I sighed and let her have way for tonight.
"Don't worry honey you look beautiful" Dad complements me

I sigh and get into the limo, the headed to hall, well that's where major events are held, I guess it must be important.
We all got out, since my parents are important people we have to stop and take pictures, I kept my poker face in check.
After that we headed inside the hall, it was beautiful, but right now I needed to hide, I went to the back while my parents and brother when to talk, I just stood there, resting my back on the wall, I so wish my hoodie was here.
"Please can I have your attention" The beta of the Blood moon pack, said.
"As we all know today we will welcome back our soon too be Alpha, Seth Collins, he has returned, and is here to stay, originally his supposed to take that position, but we've come to a conclusion that he will finish high school first before he will take his rightful position" He explains
My parents were already seated in the important people table, I took my seat right next to mother, as required.
"Don't worry honey, once Seth comes out you can go home," she whispers to me
I just nodded my head and took a sip from the wine.
"Aren't you too young for wine"Chris says, I just rolled my eyes, I turn out every one, while they all delivered their horrible speeches, I sigh and slouch in my seat.
About Thirty minutes later, I felt very uncomfortable, I don't know there was a shift in the air
"Okay, people let's dance" some music was playing and couples were already dancing, I just sat there
"Honey you can go home now, Seth has already been introduced" my mum said as she and dad headed towards the dance floor, I was feeling little bit uncomfortable, so I stood up.
I caught a scent of mint and some other stuff, and it felt good I wasn't paying attention and bumped into someone, he caught me by my waist I was staring into his gray eyes, he had a well defined jaw line, he was perfect in every way, his touch made warm Sparks travel through my body, it felt as if everything stopped.
Then I realized who he was Seth, damn what the hell I'm I doing, I quickly got let go of him, and ran from him.
I got outside, I noticed he was chasing after me, stupid heels and gown, I was about to use my powers too get out of there, when he held my hand said one word that I knew would change everything.
"MATE!"
