Later on that night we headed to Tony's house after all the decorations were up.
"Pep,We're here!"Pepper smiled happily and hugged me first say she couldn't wait to see what I got her for Christmas and I said the same.Kevin quickly gave his sister a hug and ran into the dinning room after Loki.
"They must be hungry?"

"Well we only had breakfast today and nothing else."

"That explains the hasty greeting!"Pepper and I laughed at the males as we entered the dinning room.I asked about the others and Tony said they didn't answer the phone...I voiced my concern about them(Steve,Natasha,Bruce,Rocket,and the rest).
"Hey don't get so down about it!There well be plenty of other Christmas to celebrate with them.Sooo about that cake!"Tony said taking my mind of them completely.
"Oh!"I pulled the cover off the box and posed.

"Ta-da!Red velvet cake with candy glass ornaments!"

"Whoa!You-you make this for your dad every year?!"I nod happily at the drooling face of Tony and Kevin.
Pepper asked if it was a tradition,I wasn't sure how it started at first but I started to remember...So I told them with a hig smile.

Flashback

I was five at the time when it started,I didn't have many friends in daycare and would listen to everyone talk about Christmas traditions they had with their parents...I didn't get to expreance those things and when I went home that day,I was full of sorrow because I didn't have a father like the rest to pick me up so I could put the star on the tree...I didn't want to strain my mother...
"What's the matter starlight?"

"Mummy...Where's my father?"

"He...He's in America,is that what's bothering you?"My mother asked once again as she sat next to me in front of the fireplace,she took my favorite book of poems and set it aside.I told her all the things I had in my head at that moment and she smiled sweetly.Her smile made me feel happy.
"Then how about we start our own?"

"R-really?"She nodded and we got to decorating the whole house soon after.I made sure she was okay the whole time.

The house was full of stars so was our tree...That's how I met Lupus.
"Mummy!It's time to put the north star up!"

"You're right.I'll let you use you magic to do so...Now focus."Nodding my small head,I turned my attention to the warm star in my hands,making it float into place.
"You did great!!Starlight I'm so-*Cough!Cough!*"She looked at her sleeve then quickly hid it from me and before I could ask a ding went off in the kitchen.
"Stay here and read some more Starlight-Oh,read my favorite one and I'll be back out in a second."
