Youngjae felt as if his heart was going to explode, if it could beat it would jump out of his chest. His hands trembled as the lay at his sides, lips quivering with fear and pain. Finding out you died wasn't the easiest thing to take in, to expect. Especially when the wound was still so fresh, the pain still resinating in his memories. Tears stung his eyes, threatening to fall with every second.

"You can't see them again Youngjae, your family can never found out you're still here." Jaebum spoke with calm, his voice stern, dominating.

Youngjae didn't know how to respond, what he was supposed to say. He never wanted this, never wanted this life. This wasn't meant to happen, a seventeen year old boy shouldn't have died. Why did he die in a pool of his own blood. Why was the last thing he had known was pain.

"Why? Why did I die? Why me? How am I still here? How am I still alive?" Youngjae bombarded him with questions through choked up breaths.

"People die Youngjae. Some people in their sleep, some to illness others like you by someone else's hand. The only difference with you was I just happened to be there, to save you." Jaebum didn't bat an eyelid, the same piercing expression remained.

"Let me clarify something Youngjae you are not alive, at least not the traditional kind. You maybe be here, walking the earth but you are no longer the same. You don't need air, your heart does not beat. Food will never quench your hunger." Youngjae wasn't quite understanding what he was saying, his mind struggling to take any information.

"I don't understand, I don't know what you're talking about. I just want to go home, please let me go home." His voice cracked, cheeks painted in tears.

"I can't let you go Youngjae, you are now my responsibility. You aren't going anywhere, you need to except that." Jaebum dismisses his pleas, showing little to no sympathy for the young man.

Youngjae's shaky hands lace with his hair, tugging at it while fear, pain ate at his insides. His head shook side to side, legs curling up into him. His red, painful blue eyes flickered to Jaebum, screaming at him once again with the same agonising expression they had when they first meet, when he was dying. Jaebum sighed, his slender fingers running through his thick hair.

"You aren't who you used to be Youngjae, you are no longer the same teenage boy. You are a vampire Youngjae, a blood sucking vampire." Jaebum's words lingered in the air, staying there as Youngjae refused to take them in.

"No. No! That's not possible, they don't exist. You're lying, you're lying to me." The young boy wouldn't listen, didn't want to believe his reality.

"I don't lie Youngjae, I never lie. And they do exist, they are very much real and you're one of them. The sooner you expect that the easier this will be." Jaebum oozed with dominance, suffocating Youngjae with it.

"I don't want to be one! I don't want to be a fucking monster." His outburst surprised them both, Youngjae wasn't sure where this sudden anger came from but he didn't care, he didn't want to be here, wanted to be back with his family where he belongs.

Jaebum slams his fist down with such aggression it made Youngjae's skin crawl. His eyes bright blue eyes suddenly shone a deadly red.

"Listen to me Youngjae! You are a vampire and you are going to fucking expect it whether you like it or not. I don't care what you want, I saved your life remember that. I could've left you dying, let you die on that road bleeding out but I didn't. I choose to safe you when I could've kept walking and ignore you like the person who killed you did." Youngjae silently quivered in the corner, his stomach aching the longer Jaebum's harsh words left his lips.

"You should be thanking me, I have given you a second chance at life. Don't take that for granted, because I can just easily take it away." Jaebum's Aqua eyes return, his aura still oozing dominance.
