Before I could put on my clothes, DJ Shine intro comes back on. "Listen up, Brooklyn with the top-charting song in the country right now with Creep, TLC, that's right TLC, is on their way to Brooklyn next month as a part of their nationwide tour. So if wanna two tickets to their concert become caller number one and tell us why you love TLC so much," he announced. Holy shit. TLC. The TLC is coming to Brooklyn. I got to get those tickets.

I walk across the hall the bathroom but its lock. "Come on T.J, hurry the hell up," I shout and bang on the door. "Chill, I'm shaving!" he yells back. I groaned and walk downstairs to the kitchen.
I see Katie sitting at the table eating a bowl of cereal. "Where's mama?" I say and signed to her. "At work" she signed back. She most likely had to go to work early. I grabbed a bowl and a box of cereal. As I sat down I noticed she's not wearing her hearing aid. I waved at her to get her attention "Where's your hearing aid?"
