"What the hell were you thinking, Abi?!" Max yells at me.

"I was thinking, what's the harm in having a little fun?" I spoke softly.

"You do realize you are going to be put on trial tomorrow afternoon, right?"

"Yes, I know. You think I wanted this to happen?" You may be wondering what happened. What's going on? Well, last night, Max, Alex and I went to Brook's party. I got a little buzzed and went off to this abandoned theme park with them. I think their names were Sam and Colby. They were pretty cool. Anyway, so we were there and out of no where, as we were on top of the farris wheel, a shit ton of cops showed. I'm talking multiple squad cars. We tried to get out and book it, but we were too late. Tomorrow I have to go on trial for trespassing and breaking and entering where I will most likely be found guilty. I don't know what I'm gonna do. And then it hit me-

"What the fuck are we gonna tell mum?!" I yelled. Alex and Max's eyes went wide and Max literally fainted. Alex and I slapped him awake.

"Bro, I've known you for almost 19 years and you have never fainted before," Alex said worriedly.

"If you haven't noticed, Alex, but we are living here because of mum, and she's gonna be livid. Worse than. She's gonna be cheesed off and shirty." I said.

"Do we even tell her?" Max asked.

"Better us then the cops?" I attempted to answer.

"Oh my God, Abi. You are literally so irresponsible and dumb. And now, because of your actions, we have to take the heat with you!" Max yelled at me in a condescending tone.

"Shut up, Max! I am so sick and tired of your attitude! You're not my mum or dad! You are my twin brother! The younger twin, may I add. And not to mention, you're twin 'B', so if you would just kindly shut the fuck up and stop acting like you're better than me while my whole life is on trial, literally, that would be amazing!" My hand jumped to my mouth as soon as I finished the sentence. We don't really bring up the twin 'A' twin 'B' thing. I'm not even supposed to know.

"Don't bother. I already knew. And you need to stop acting so pretentious. You're entire life may be on trial but so is mine! You're my sister! My TWIN sister, Abi! How do you think I feel? You and being around me with a judge standing in between us!" He continued to yell.

"Alright, I think we all need to take a breath here guys. We are all losing a whole bunch of things," he looked at me with... painful eyes? Alex and I have liked each other for a while but haven't been able to do anything with Max always riding our asses. To be honest, I haven't though about us since we started packing.

Max and I took a deep breath in sync. I looked at him and a tear slipped down my cheek. I ran to him and we wrapped our arms around each other. I cried into his chest. Alex came behind me and wrapped his giant arms around the both of us, kissing the back of my head.

"I'm so sorry, guys. I don't know what to do at this point." I cried.

"It's okay, Ab's. We'll figure it out, together," Max assured me. "No go get some sleep, we have to be in court by 8 am and it's already 2 am. We're leaving in 5 hours," he announced to both me and Alex. I walked to my room upstairs and flopped on my bed. The moment my head hit the pillows, my eyelids feel and I was asleep.

"So, because of the charges, I am going to have to either send you to jail for the next 9 months," the judge spoke.

"Your honor," I interrupted her. "If I may?" She nodded her head and I spoke. "With all due respect, ma'am. In all honesty, it was just a couple of kids having some fun after a party. I start college in two months on a full ride scholarship for the next for years for academics and fine arts. Going to jail, I don't even know what it would do to that. Much less for nine months. That's over half of the school year. I'll do community service hours, wear and ankle monitor, anything! Please, your honor." I pleaded. She smiled.
