European Event

Four

     After I calmed down, and he got dressed, we hit the road. Since I had no idea where we were going I asked. Turns out we're on our way to Ireland to find some of his friends. There's a bunker with lots of people and a government. On the drive there a massive snow storm beginning to form behind us. We got out just in time. Oh did I mention it's summer. Yeah the seasons are so backwards now.

     We cross the border and make our way to Ireland. But first... Britain. We decide to check out my old home. Everything was the same just frozen or knocked over. Danny noticed my brooding saying, "You okay?"

"I think so..."

"Ok"

"Hey, uhm"

"Yeah"

"Can you hug me?"

He didn't hesitate, he wrapped his big arms around me. I started crying.

"Hey, it's ok, I'm here for you", he says worried.

"I'm sorry if I make you uncomfortable"

"I'm not, you don't"

"Are you sure?"

He kissed my head, "Yes, now please calm down Jayden"

"Sorry..."

"It's ok, your ok"

     After I calmed down he sat me down and I nuzzled my face into his neck. It didn't seem to bother him. I mean he did kiss me, even if it was just on the head, "but why?"

"Hmm"

"Why'd you kiss me"

"Because you were in pain"

"Oh ok"

"... Why?

"Well, I mean, aren't you straight?"

"I never said that... actually I'm kinda..."

"Yeah"

"I think I... like you"

"Think?"

"Yeah your honestly the first person that I feel attracted to. I dont know i just never liked someone the way I like you."

"Really?"

"Yeah"

     I'm so shocked, so happy. I wanna kiss him but what if things escalate. He might feel like he took advantage of me, i might feel the same, i dont want that. So I just smiled at him, he smiled back, and hugged me tightly. I fell asleep in his arms.

     I woke up to a loud bang. I get my bearings and here an annoyed 'shit!' come from the kitchen. "Danny?", i call out walking to the kitchen, "You okay?"

"Yeah babe sorry", he replies then walks over and cups my face, "Did i wake you?"

"Not really. What're you doing?"

"Attempting to make you breakfast"

Thats not what i meant but i pulled away and slipped past him.
