Jimin stretched as he woke up, taehyung was awake next to him. He looked down at him and smiled "you going to yugyeom's court thing right?"

Jimin nodded, he laid his head on his lap. "You want me to come?"

"The kids can't be there, do-don't want them to," he said. Taehyung nodded "we can get a babysitter?"

"I don't wanna dump our kids on seokjin, can't ask jungkook...jaehyun has his boyfriend ov--"

"He has a boyfriend," he asked, jimin nodded. He turned around to face him. "That jihyun guy, he's cute, chubby cheeks, purple hair...round glasses."

"That's his boyfriend?!"

"Not boyfriend but he wants to be his boyfriend...it's cute the way he talks about him."

"You two talk," jimin shrugged, "so-sometimes?"

"Anyways, we can't ask him and like hell if I'm going to ask jinsoo and jaeho."

Taehyung laughed, "i got ahold of an family member, well she texted me? I can ask her?"

Jimin shook his head "you just started talking to her--"

"Then lets take her out to breakfast--"

"Baby?"

"Please min, i haven't talked to any family since my parents," taehyung said, jimin sat up. He kissed his cheek "okay, we can."

"No buts?"

"No buts," he said with a smile, jimin watched as he happily typed on his phone. Jimin sat on his lap and played with his hair. "I'll get us dressed," he said getting off his lap.

"Mommy I'm sleepy," dongmin said as they in the restaurant. "You sa-said you were hungry," jimin argued back.

"Im both," he whinnied. "I thought you we-were dongmin."

"Daddy, mommy is being silly," Dongmin whinnied. Jimin laughed "okay okay i'll stop."

Getting to their table their waitress placed down to booster seats. "Can I start you with drinks," she asked.

Dongmin tugged on Jimins sleeve "can i get soda please," he asked. Jimin nodded "coke," he asked. Dongmin nodded then repeated to the waitress.

After their drinks she left leaving them alone. Hearing a knock on the window they all looked up and saw a girl with purplish hair waving at them.

Taehyung waved, he was full with excitement. He stood up and walked out to meet her. "Momma...who is that?"

"I think that is daddy's cousin," he said, dongmin nodded. "Is she nice?"

"I never met her," he said.

Dongmin nodded, he clung on to jimins arm. Jimin looked out the window and saw Taehyung and his cousin hugging.

"You look healthy, and happy," his cousin said. Taehyung smiled "you do too, how have you been daehyun?"

"I've been okay, been trying to find my little cousin," taehyung rolled his eyes. "How's your brother? Is he here i wanna see him too!"

"I can ask if he can come, but come inside i want you to meet my family," he said dragging her inside. Once they got to the table Jimin stood up to greet her.

"Daehyun, this is my boyfriend Jimin," he said pushing him forwards. "N-nice to meet you," he said sticking out his hand.

"That's a engagement ring," she whispered as she looked at his hand. "Introduce him as your fiance!"

"Sorry dad, anyways take a seat," he said as he led her to table. Dongmin had scooted to the window. He was shy and afraid to meet her.

"These are my kids, dongmin, daeho and hana," he said pointing at them.

"I would've brought gifts if i knew," she said as she took a seat. "Hi dongmin, im daehyun nice to meet you," she said in a soft tone.

He looked up at Jimin, who nodded at him. "Hi," he whispered.

Getting back to the apartment Jimin quickly rushed inside to get dressed. Once he was done he was met with taehyung standing in the hall. "Hey calm down, he just pulled up."

"I kno-know but they need me right now, I'll let you know when this is done. I love you!" he said as he planted a kiss on his cheek.

"I love you too," taehyung said.

Jimin turned off his phone as he entered the court room. Jinsoo came along to for yugyeom as well. They both took a seat next to Jungkook "how is he," jimin asked.

"Almost had a panic attack on the way here," he whispered, jimin nodded. Yugyeom had just walked in with his lawyer, both parents behind him.

"This wasn't the way i wanted to meet them," jungkook said as he stood up. Jimin watched as they shook hands greeted each other. Jimin even saw as yugyeoms mom gave jungkook a hug.

Once everything got situated, they brought in henry, who just gave yugyeom a wink. Yugyeom looked downs and played with his shirt.

Jungkook leaned forward "breathe, just breathe," he whispered. Yugyeom nodded.

"We've come to an agreement," yugyeoms lawyer said as she stood up. "Mr.Im will be getting the minimum of 6 years in jail, with no bail and will have 7 months of probation," he said.

"All this if he pleads guilty," he asked. His lawyer nodded.

"Mr.Im do you agree to plead guilty?"

Yugyeom had his head down the whole time. Jungkook was holding Jimin as they read out everything. "Mr.Im how do you plead?"

"Guilty, your honor."

Yugyeom relaxed, the judge dismissed them. Jungkook grabbed yugyeom and held him close. "He's going away baby," he whispered, Yugyeom nodded.

While yugyeom and jungkook had their moment Yugyeom's dad walked over to Henry. He grabbed him by his shirt and started throwing threats towards him.

Jungkook quickly pulled them apart "worthless piece of shit was never worth all of this--"

He was cut off by jungkook punching him in the jaw. A cop pulled him away and Jungkook walked back to Jimin. "Hey calm down," he said rubbing his arms.

"Fucking bitch," he said. Jimin nodded "you'll be okay, he's going away."

Jungkook nodded, he walked back to yugyeom and hugged him again. He kissed his head as yugyeom cried.

"I love you," jungkook whispered.

"I love you too."
