Drinks And More Drinks

The rest of the day went unusually smooth. Kurt, Ram and Chad didn't bother me, probably under Heathers' commands and the teachers seemed to leave me alone aswell.

I shouldn't have been surprised, I was friends with the most popular girls at school, they were solid teflon, never harassed.

Tonight was my night, I was going to a part at Chad's House, I would hookup with girls, smoke pot and maybe even get drunk. Live the life I had always wanted to live.

As I walked out the school, I could hear a large  car HONK, ring through the wind. Looking for source of noise, I came across the Heather's in a porshe, applying makeup and Heather D waved frantically.

"Victor, over here" she shouted, a lovely smile on her face.

I sauntered over to them, hopefully not looking shy. I peeked into the car, the felt myself being pulled into the back seat and the door shutting swiftly behind me.

"H-hey guys. Wassup." I said, casually.

"Wanna come over to mine? " Heather D flirted, squishing up in the seat next to me. I supposed I should have liked it, but I only grew more uncomfortable.

"Yes" Heather C chimed in, "We are going to Heather D's house and will probably play some croque, are you up for it?"

I could only reply with "Sure" then looked out the window, seeing Mr. No Name kid hop on his motorbike and zoom down the street.

I was brought out on the trance when I felt Heather D fall into my lap, her ass planted right on me, as she moved around teasingly, a smirk growing on her face.
"You know, Victor, you are really hot". I looked around helplessly, feeling nothing from the sudden movement. Luckily, we were finally at the house so it was my chance to escape.

I scrambled out the car and followed the Heather's, in line with Heather M, who looked a lot friendlier.

"Let's head to the garden." Heather C suggested, opening the back doors and walking into the patio.

The yard was like nothing I had ever seen before. It was magical. The lush green grass was a soft blanket that stretched across acres, apples trees bloomed with fruit and the bright coloured flowers bobbed in time with the wind.

They had set up the game quickly and we were soon playing and I was actually having fun, apart from the flirting from all the girls. We talked about the other kids in school, the fattest, the ugliest, the hottest, and it soon fell onto the topic of the mystery boy with the gun.

"He is like, so weird and hot at the same time, do you know what I mean?" One of the heathers remarked.

I wanted to reply with an instant, yes, but that would be creepy so I just shrugged, and tried not to think of how sexy the boy in the trench coat looked.

" u-huh" said Heather C, "He is mysterious but in a good way. Like I wanna give him the night if his life, but am afraid he would burn me."

Now the girls weren't even making sense. The new kid was not any of that, he was just a weirdo, a strong, cute one who showed up out of nowhere fighting Kurt and Ram.

" So, enough about him. We have a party to go to and, Victor, I need you to go to the shops for me and buy some corn nuts." Heather C ordered.

"Why corn nuts?"

"Because they are the best!" she replied to me hastily, and then went back to the game.

I walked through the garden and then out onto the main road. After a 10 minute stroll I came across a seven eleven, opening the door and entered, only to be met with a dark presence by the drink machines.

His tall, lanky, yet muscley frame loomed over the machine, pressing buttons vigorously as he grew more frustrated.

"God dammit . Why doesn't it have cherry flavour!" He yelled violently. [made me think of Alexei 🙏🏻]

"Jeez. Calm down... its only a slushie..."

I soon realised that was a mistake. He turned around, those soft eyes were now full of rage and betrayel.

"These slushies were the only things that kept me going, through my mother's death and my dad's sadistic lifestyle. Without them, I would be insane.!"
His voice cut through the air, leaving an icy feeling behind.

"soo.. Are you gonna tell me?" I pondered, as I looked deep into his eyes.

"tell you what?!"

"Your name." I replied, as if it was obvious.

"ohh yeah."  The boy's face then softened again, his changing emotions made me warey but intruiged. "I'll refrain from suspense. My name is Jason Dean, JD for short."

He put his hand out, set rigid, and I quickly took it, a small smile forming on my face.
"I'm Victor Sawyer. So, you must really like slushies."

"they are my life, as I said, you know you should try it."

I didn't want to say that I hated slushies so I just ignored the comment and went down the nuts aisle, searching for the corn nuts Heather C so desired.

"So..."  JD's voise ringed from behind me, "What are you buying?"

"Corn nuts. For Heather Chandler, she thinks they'll make the perfect snack for a party."

"I know who you are talking about, that's the popular girl right. There's something about people who believe they rule over everyone that really ticks me off, you know?"

No, I didn't know, I wanted to be popular, to be noticed by others, and if that meant power, then so be it.

"Yeah, she can be a bit much. But she actually isn't that bad."

JD now had a stern look on his face, icing over as soon as I had complimented Heather.
"People like her" he spat, "Are toxic wannabe's that crave attention from people like us! They don't care about others and will kill you if they would succeed."

The crazy teenagers features were full of anger and speckles of spit shot from his mouth, flying about the room frantically. Once he finished his rant, he looked me dead in the eye, a warmness soon swarming his face.

I, rather quickly, ran to the till and paid for my corn nuts, taking one last tool behind me.

" well, I best be off now" I said, after paying for Heather's desired snack.

JD turned to me, a warm yet deadly smile on his face. "I'll see you later, Victor"

He wiggled his fingers lightly as a goodbye and I quickly rushed out the store, feeling the race of my heart and the colour  of my cheeks rise.

There was something about JD that creeped me out, at the same time giving me tingles all over. Whatever it was, he is one boy that I should've ignored, he seemed dangerous.
