Putting the last of my contraband in the shed with Bandit at my heel I could feel the thrum of a motorbike engine as it approached the house. Wiping the sweat from my eyes I saw a black bike with gold swoosh along with the side parking in front of my trailer with two men sat on it. One of them was my brother Aaron. I smiled as he hadn't seen me yet but my eyes focus on the man in front of him on the bike. I felt the flush on my cheeks as I took in the man who must be the mysterious Daryl, his shoulder-length brown hair was curling slightly from the wind caused by the ride. He definitely was the type of guy you would see as a biker; his leather vest has angel wings on but he oozed both sexuality and danger.

I could see why Liv said he would be my type; I'm almost salivating at the thought of wanting to remove the garments to see what laid beneath his clothes as I noticed how the black jeans hug is an arse. I'm ashamed to say that I'm an eye and arse person. Shaking myself I started walking up the drive to greet my brother calling Bandit to heel as I do; damn Liv isn't the only one who needs to get laid...my stomach is fluttering like the wings of a thousand butterflies. Suddenly Aaron notices the open truck and turns with a smile on his face as he finally spotted me walking towards him,

"Kenzie," he yelled running up to me to grab me in a swirling hug. Picking me up he swung me around like he used to do when we were kids. In the dizzying circle I saw the man Daryl leaned against his bike with a smirk on his face. Bandit was circling Daryl's legs getting a sniff, as Daryl looked at him sternly the dog laid down on the ground next to him.

"Aaron put me down you will give yourself a hernia and how would I explain to Eric that you can't sweep him off his feet anymore." Laughing I used my fist to hit him on the shoulder. Finally he put me down and released me; as I'm dizzy I took a faltered step back and bumped into someone who has put their arms out to catch me,

"Easy there sweetheart." A deep southern voice said behind me causing me to whirl in confusion; but I'm struck by the glowing blue orbs that are in his tanned face.

"Daryl, this is my sister McKenzie. Kenzie this is Daryl Dixon." I smiled as the man offered me his hand while Aaron did the introductions; wow he was even better looking than I thought. "And who is this fine little fella?" My brother asked as he reached out his hand for the pup to sniff.

"That's Bandit; picked him up at my first stop. Mother and litter were killed but I managed to save this little guy before the Walker decided he wanted an extra bit of meat." Signalling for Bandit to sit next to me he trotted over to me and sat there awaiting my next instruction. Even though he was only 6 weeks old roughly we've been working on hand signals for commands; luckily he was a very intelligent dog and seemed to pick them up quite quickly. As he settled next to my leg I looked back up at Daryl who was holding his hand out for me to shake; as I do I felt a spark in my hands at the touch of his calloused palms.

"Please to meet you McKenzie; I believe that was your bike I was working on in the garage." Words seem to have fled me as I nodded my head; I could not even begin to muster up a decent sentence in the presence of this man. He turned to my brother, "Aaron I'd better go...you need to catch up with your sister." He said looking at me; suddenly he placed light fingers on my chin, "Your right Aaron she is as pretty as a picture." He remarked before turning to leave to walk off down the street to the house I saw the new Sheriff go in. Hmm maybe they are a couple...nothing surprises me anymore but it would be just my luck to find a half decent looking man in this apocalyptic world who was also gay.

"Kenzie, when did you get back?" Aaron asked me taking my hand to lead me to the front porch swing of his house. Bandit had already run ahead and into the house, obviously looking for more tidbits from Eric who has been spoiling him since we got back. But I'm still looking at the house where Daryl had entered; damn why do I find the guys who most definitely wouldn't be interested in me. "Kenzie?" Aarons voice whispered in my ear and I immediately jumped to face him. "You may want to wipe the bit of drool off your face?" He said laughing while i glares at him I wipe my sleeve across my mouth,
