Chapter 4

"Willow and Jack Bruno, you two jeopardized your life by following us," Sara whispers as I turn my head a little to see that Seth was the one to cover my mouth. He slowly releases me and my body relaxes at the sight of him. "I suggest that you two return to your vehicle. Your services are no longer required," Seth demands. "Seth, they're just trying to help," Sara tells him calmly. "We don't need their help," Seth continues, "Someone is already looking for us. We can't trust any of them. Just us Sara," Seth lowly whispers the last part to Sara but I heard it clearly. My heart shatters at him saying that he can't trust us. I quickly scoot away from him looking down. "We appreciate your efforts to assist us but my brother is right, we can't involve both of you further," Sara backs up Seth's statement. While Sara is saying this, Seth is using the weird device thing and it beeps. "I've found it. Let's go," Seth says quickly as they both get up.
Dad and I get up but I stay where I'm at as dad follows the two of them. I sense that something else is here with the four of us but I'm staying back to make sure. As dad leaves to follow them, I see this weird metal human looking things and I gasp silently hoping it didn't hear me. Gladly it didn't. As the light goes off for a split second it's gone. I quickly follow the three of them into what looks to be the kitchen. Seth attaches the device onto the fridge. As the device blinks, the inside of the fridge backs up and a stairway is opened. The twins looks at each other happy and quickly go into the opening. "Hey," Dad whispers quietly. As the twins go in, Dad tells himself to not go into the pimped out fridge but he doesn't listen to himself. We follow the twins to what looks to be a basement. As we arrive to where the twins are, Seth attaches the device next to a shelf that opens like a door. My mouth hits the floor at what just happened. All four of us slowly walk into the new opening as different shades of blue light shines. As we continue to walk, an opening of what looks to be a forest from avatar. We all look at the scene in amazement. "What is this place," Dad asks himself. "This way," Seth directs us. "Hey hey hey," Dad whispers towards the two. We follow them until we get to this weird looking blue blob. "Sara it's here!" Seth tells towards his sister. Sara takes off her necklace and places it on the blob. Her necklace flashes and the blob turns a pinkish purple. She reaches inside of it and pulls out another device. "What is it?" Dad asks her. Sara looks up at him with happiness plastered all over her face. "It's what we came here for Jack Bruno," she smiles at him. "Is anyone else looking for this? Maybe the person who trashed everything upstairs?" Dad questions. Worry looks cross the twins faces as they look at each other thinking of the same thing. "We think so. It is very valuable. Which is why it was so valuable to locate it first," Seth answers dad. "If your so sure that whoever else walked in wanted it, are they still looking for it?" Dad questions. Suddenly, isn't footsteps are heard and we all gasp in fear. Seth quickly grabs me as we lower down slowly. Dad tells us to go and we all quietly walk away as he thing gets closer to us. Soon it's only a few feet's away and knocks something down. Dad yells for us to run as he stays behind. Us three start running to safety as dad fights off whatever wants what they found. We all suck down as the thing comes toward us. Everything is quiet and the only thing that can be heard is the thing's footsteps. I peak out slowly to see the robot looking thing that I seen upstairs. My eyes widen knowing it's also coming for the device. It pulls out this fun looking thing and fires at one of the blobs making it explode, knocking us on our butts as I let out a little scream. As soon as it heard us, he comes to where we are.
We eat yo and start running I find the exit and my dad. "Dad!" "Jack Bruno!" Sara and I yell at the same time. "Kids!" He yells back at us. Suddenly, there is fire starting from the blobs. We continue to run as the robot is close behind. "Run guys run!" Seth yells at Sara and I. The robot fires at a blob that's close to us making it explode and sending us flying. We land hard and Seth helps me up as we continue to run. Sara and I get split up from Seth. "Dad!" I yell as we stop. "Jack Bruno!" Sara tells as we didn't get an answer from the first time. Suddenly, the robot comes behind Sara and I to hit the device out of her hand. The robot pushes us apart and I go flying into a tree back first and landing hard on my stomach. "Sara!" I yell as I see the robot about to attack her. Soon Seth comes out of nowhere and tries to tackle it but it sends him flying somewhere and then my dad comes in and tackles it like a football player. I get up quickly I go over to Sara and stand beside her. "Do you have the device?" I ask her out of breath. "Yes. Let's get out of here," Sara answers me. The robot has dad in a choke hold and he tells us to run but we don't listen. Sara uses her telekinesis to throw a fire blob at the robot sending it flying backwards. Dad comes over to us and we start running to the entrance. As we get to the basement, Seth is closing the door but the robot sends a big blast wave knocking us all down. "Seth!" Sara and I scream together. I felt a pain in my side but it wasn't from me but from Seth. How am I able to feel his pain? Dad fireman handles Seth and we run up to the kitchen of the cabin.
Fire is consuming the cabin and we are close to the exit but something falls on top of me. "Ahhhhhh!" I scream. Sara and dad turn around. "Willow!" They yell. "Just go!"I demand. "I'm not leaving you here!" Dad yells. "Just do as I say!" He goes out reluctantly. I turn myself around and throw the giant piece of wood off of me as I see the robot. I look to the right of me and see a big piece of wood. I stand up and grab it. I look towards the robot and throw it at its head to buy us some time. I quickly run out of there towards the cab and get in the backseat since Sara has it open for me. I see that Seth it still passed out and I lay his head on my lap. "Drive!" I yell at dad. Explorations are happening in every direction and we quickly get away.
