So this is probably the most difficult one yet, but I wanted to do it because it looked like a lot of fun. Challenge five is stories with food.
I just saw this photography book and HAD to try it out. Check out the photos from his collection, they're amazing.
Of course, you don't have to directly copy his work. The theme is "stories with food" so you can take it in whatever direction you want.
More ideas:
- Ordinary magazine shows how you can photograph ordinary objects and make it fun and interesting.
- Aaron Tilley is an artist who photographs food and shows movement in still life.
- Edward Weston's famous 'Pepper, 1930' image shows how sculptural ordinary objects can look when you use lighting in the correct way.
Please remember to email me your entries, so I can get high resolution. I HAVE A NEW EMAIL ADDRESS FOR PHOTOGRAPHY RELATED STUFF, I WILL PUT IN COMMENTS.
Any questions, please ask. All your entries will be credited to you, so don't worry about copyright. I will not steal your work.
This runs from the 11th April to 25th April. Have fun.
