Amara POV
I was hugging Gal right now. My legs wrapped around her waist and my arms are around her neck. She didn't do anything, she just stood there not holding me.
I was crying and that's when she spoke up. "What happened, cookie?" She whispered and I shook my head. I heard her sigh
"What's going on here?" I looked up and saw Zack looking pissed. I got off from Gal, but Gal finally wraps her arms around my thighs keeping me.
"Nothing, I'm gonna go home now" Gal said and she carried me to her car. I look behind me and saw the man no where while Zack looks pissed
"Tell me everything" she said coldly "I was walking home until I felt someone behind me. I walked faster, but I also felt him walking faster. Next thing I know, I got thrown into the wall and he began choking me. I kicked him and I ran into you" I whispered
"I shouldn't leave you alone, I knew it. Plus I told you this would happen" she said gripping the steering wheel.
We arrived at my house. My house isn't really average. You see my parents, are always not here. They're always traveling to find a better job. My parents are working for a restaurant. So we're kinda broke
We got out of the car and walked to the front door. "Thanks for the ride" I whispered and she nodded "Bye" I whispered but she pinned me to the door "I don't wanna leave you alone" she whispered softly touching my face. "It's fine" I smiled "last time you said that, you got choked. You almost died" she said sternly "Yeah, but this is my house. I'll lock the door" I said and she nodded. She walked away to her car.
She got into the car and looked at me one more time before leaving.
I went to my house and it was quiet. My parents went to another trip last night. I cleaned myself up and went to bed. It was Friday night so I'm just going to watch some movies before I go to sleep.
It was 3:00am and I'm still wide awake. My phone vibrated and I saw a text message. I grabbed my phone and saw it was from Gal. I smiled

I have a meeting tomorrow and you're coming with me. I'll pick you up at 3:00pm, dress nicely.
Amara
Ok, now go to sleep or else you'll be tired during the meeting

I smiled looking at the text. I need to go to sleep before Gal gets mad at me. I charged my phone and went to sleep
