26) "Love of my life"

Gal POV

I calmed myself down before I go in to Amara house. I got out of my car and knocked on her door.

Seconds later she opened it and jumped on me wrapping her legs on my waist. I smiled and trying so hard not to cry

I hugged her back not letting her go. I closed the door and carried her to the couch and lay her down sitting on my lap.

"I miss you" She whispered

"I miss you too" I said

"Hey can we sleep now?" She said and I nodded

I carried her to the bedroom and we cuddled until she fell asleep. I can't sleep because there was too many things on my mind.

I want to cry.

I want to scream

Amara hugged me tighter and I hold onto her. I looked at her smiled.

A few weeks past and I didn't told Amara anything about Zack. I just wasn't ready.

We were in my office and Amara was doing her work.

We heard a knock so I opened the door and I saw Amanda.

She went inside the room and saw Amara. I quickly got in front of her not wanting Amanda seeing Amara

"Zack tried to kill himself last night....again" she said and I looked down

"If He dies, I'm blaming everything on you." She said

"What happened? Why is Zack killing himself?" I turned around and saw Amara walking towards us

"You haven't told her!?" Amanda said "Told me what?" Amara whispered to me and I sigh "Go on, tell her!" Amanda said

"Amara this is Amanda. She's Zack mom" I took a deep breath "Zack is going through depression and trying to do suicide if I don't go out with him" I said and I saw tears in her eyes

"How long did you know this?" Amara said "About a few weeks" I said "I'm so sorry Amara" I said and she wiped her tears

"I need some space" she said then left leaving me and Amanda alone

"You need to break up with her or else I loose my Zack! My baby boy! My son!" She cried and I nodded "Ok! I just need clear this up with Amara" I said then Amanda left leaving me standing here by myself

Couple hours later, I texted and called Amara, but no response. I hope she's okay. I groan and left my office to go to her house

I parked outside her house and immediately knocked on the door

"AMARA I KNOW YOU'RE IN THERE!" I yelled and banged on the door

I gave up and turned around, but something dragged me inside the house. I looked up and saw Amara closing the door. Her eyes are red and swollen.

"What do you want?" She said

"The love of my life" I whispered

Amara POV

"The love of my life" Gal whispered and I sniff my tears

"Gal" I whispered

"What are you going to do?" I said and she immediately gave me a hug

"I'm sorry Amara" She whispered and I scoffed

"You're actually believing Zack?! He's doing this because he has no other ways to get you!" I yelled

"Amara stop! He tried to kill himself and I can't let someone died because of me!" She screamed

"You're actually choosing Zack?" I scoffed

"Sadly, yes" she said

"Leave" I whispered

I don't want to see her

I don't want her to look at me crying

"What?" She said "Leave...please" I cried and she hugged me tighter "I can't!" She cried "Gal! Please!" I cried and she didn't let go. I pushed her off from me.

She came towards me and I put my hand up

"Stop" I whispered and she stopped walking towards me. I pointed the door and she sigh and wipe her tears.

She went to the door and turned around

We looked at each other and she left
