6) "Let me go"

Amara POV

Gal was still on top of me. She was looking at me and I got shy. I hide my face and I heard her chuckling

"Why are you so clumsy cookie?" She whispered

"You're late" She whispered "Huh? Oh! Right...uh..." Do I tell her I was being followed? "I was uh...I got lost. Yeah, lost" I said and she nodded hesitantly

All of the sudden, someone was knocking on the door. I push of Gal onto the floor and she groan "OW!" She yelled "Sorry, go get the door" I whispered and she stood back up.

I was sitting on my little desk. I have a desk in Gal's office so she could keep an eye on me.

Gal opened the door

"Zack!" Gal said surprisingly and she backed up so he could get in.

Next thing I know, he pinned her to the wall and starts kissing her

What the heck?!

Umm does he not know I'm here?

"AHEM, AHEM!" I pretended to cough....more like choking to get his attention. He looked back and immediately got off from her. I saw Gal's face and she looks disgusted. I giggled

"Sorry, but who are you?" He said. "I'm Amara Jones, Ms Gadot intern" I said "Since when Ms Gadot hires intern?" He said looking at Gal "And who are you?" I said "I'm Zack Smith, Ms Gadot's boyfriend" he said "Oh...cool?" I said

Gal has a boyfriend?

"No offense, but why are you here? Like you're an intern. Why are you sharing the worlds' best CEO/Business woman office?" He said and I sigh quietly "I don't know, maybe you should get that fix" I said and he snapped his fingers and nodded "You're right!" He said and I sigh

"Well....I guess I should leave now and leave y'all two alone" I said and walked out, but Gal grabbed my arm

I turned around to see her with no expression. "The papers" she said coldly. I look down and see the papers everywhere

I went to the floor and start grabbing the papers on the floor. I felt a tear dropped on the floor. I didn't notice I was crying.

I came here for an internship not a janitors or servant. And why is Gal being so cold to me? I could feel Gal and Zack looking at me. I finished picking up the papers, but before I turned around. I wipe my tears and sniff quietly so they won't see me crying.

I stood back up and give the paper to Gal. I could see Zack smirking. Ugh.

I was walking around the lobby until I felt a sting on my index finger. I looked at it and it was a huge paper cut. It was bleeding and it looked like a very deep cut.

I sigh then I saw a pair of shoes in front of me. I looked up and saw Gal with no expression on her face.

She hold up a band aid and starts unwrapping it. She looked down on my cut and place the band aid on my finger.

Once she was done, she throw the trash away. She put her hands in her pockets and looked at me. I sniff and walked away from her. Then, I felt an arm grabbing my wrist and made me spin around looking at her again.

All of the sudden, she pinned me to the wall. I sniff. I don't want to see her. I'm mad at her. "Let me go" I whispered. We were too close right now "never" she whispered back

I push her back with my hands but she also pinned them above me. She is obviously way too strong and taller than me. She's like 5'10 while I'm 5'4.

"Why were you crying?" She whispered "You don't need to know" I said and I heard her sigh "Go back to your boyfriend, he must be waiting for you" I said "Sorry" she whispered with no expression and walked away

She's so confusing......
