"So... I had a visitor in my dorm last night," Thad said once classes were over and they were all together.
Nick immediately looked at him, startled. "What? Are you okay?"
"I'm fine," Thad reassured. "Just shaken. It's pretty unnerving to be woken by a serial killer tapping your shoulder."
"I- Oh my god, why were they in your dorm? What did they want?" Blaine asked worriedly.
Thad looked at Kurt, who immediately looked alarmed.
"They didn't!"
"They did."
"Why?" Kurt asked desperately. "They're a murderer, why wouldn't they just kill me?"
He shook his head. "They said that their 'Gwen-' the boy they're in love with- likes you platonically, so you're not allowed to die."
"What happened?" Blaine asked, looking between the two.
Kurt sighed, looking down. "I left my window open. The harassment at my old school, it was all too much to take. And they were so, so close until they figured out that I wanted them to kill me. They said they were a protector, not murderer, and I wasn't a threat. And they just left."
They were all speechless. Nick moved over to Kurt, just hugging him.
