Me and Izzy had gotten back to Chicago yesterday. We ain't go see folks immediately, we just went to a hotel. Currently, I was outside on the balcony, smoking while he took a shower.

I don't know how long I've been smoking, but when I came back in, he was dressed.

"Ready to see folks? Ezra gon be there" He cheesed.

Turns out, when I told them that I was coming back, they turned it into a cookout.

"Why wouldn't I be?" I fake smiled.

What's your problem?

I walked away from Israel and got my shit together.

"Why would I have a problem?" I mumbled.

You just fake smiled bitch.

"Bryonna is going to be there and I don't have time for it" I finished packing my things.

Izzy grabbed my bags and his and walked out the door.

If she start something, beat her ass. Simple.

"That is not simple Jinsui" I slowed my walking so Izzy wouldn't hear me.

Then let me do it.

I ignored her and we got in the car. I left my car in St. Louis, I barely drive anyway. Izzy drove to 64th and it was packed out. I didn't want to deal with people, but I didn't have a choice.

I hopped out the car and almost instantly felt little hands wrap around my legs.

"KK!" I heard Ezra's little voice.

I looked down and picked him up. He was so sweet. I kissed him on his cheek as he wrapped around me. We walked into the yard and saw folks.

Izzy's sisters ran to me and gave me a group hug.

"Damn, it's just fuck me, huh?" Izzy stated.

We laughed, letting go of each other. Ezra never let go of me, he was attached to me ever since we pulled up. Von was mugging me from across the yard, but I know it's because he missed me.
