Proving my worth,AGAIN?!
I was headed back to my room,when I passed Cupid's room.I heard a voice that sounded like Tyshawns...But shook it off,because I remembered his promise.I couldn't even bring myself to bust in and check if it was him or not.

I walked in and heaved a sigh of relief.When I walked in,Tyshawn was in the kitchen making lunch.
"Thank the gods you're here..."I said,throwing myself on the bed.
"Why wouldn't I be?"
"I dunno..."
"Well,here."
He handed me a plate of french toast.
KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK
"Who is it?"I asked,pausing myself before taking my first bite.
"Hercules.It's Herc."
"Come in."Tyshawn said,swooping the fork out my hand and stealing my bite.
He walked in,he was wearing a tank top and jeans,He had red converse on.
"Hey,you ready for your re-initiation?"
"What?"I asked,confused as to why humans up here are considered rare and have to be "initiated".
"Your fight with the chimera?!Pop didn't tell you?"
"Dafuq?!?No,he didn't mention I had to fucking fight something!!"
"Oh,well you do...so here."
He handed me a suit of bronze armor like Athena.It was a quarter top piece,so it covered down to just above my bellybutton.The bottom was a skirt,it looked brand new.
"Oh,the shirt and new bottoms were all we had since the chimera likes to eat those so much...It's stomach can take a surprising amount of celestial bronze..."
Celestial bronze,so that's what it is...I thought.
"Anyway,you got 20 minutes to get dressed,we gotta head over to the arena ASAP."
"Okay,I'll be ready in 5,then I still have time to eat my breakfast,Sound cool?"
"Uh huh,yeah sure..."Hercules mumbled,looking out the window at something or someone in the garden.
While I was in the bathroom,I could here Tyshawn and Hercules talking,I was glad Herc believed me about his age.
"So,How long have you an Lils' been together?"Hercules asked.
"Well,I asked her out when she was 13 and I was 14,She's almost 17,so...4 years?Yeah,4 years...We just broke up and got back together though."
"Why did you break up?"
He sounded more concerned than interested.
"Just something petty..."
"Phew...I was gonna say,if you cheated on her,you'd be dead...Anyway,Lily?!"
He yelled my name.
"Uh?"I peeked out,I was having a hard time fitting it over my bust.
"You done?"
"Almost,I need Tyshawn,though."
"Why?!"He asked,he acts like an overprotective father most of the time.
