I've always been different. Never really fit in. The truth is, I was bullied. Bullied for no reason. Being called a slut at 9 years old really leaves a mark on your self esteem. Feeling worthless, like nothing's worth living for. Ive been at the lowest of lows and I think it's time I decided to make a change for myself, I can't live like this anymore. This year it's all going to change. I've been homeschooled, for most of my life, but this year I'm going to high school. The truth is, I was happy being homeschooled but I was offered a scholarship at Hawkins Senior College. And I haven't been to high school, maybe it will be different. Oh by the way, my name is Cleo.. Cleo Carter. I'm 15 and that scholarship I was offered is for a basketball development program at HSC. I can't decided wether I'm nervous or excited but more than anything, I want to make friends. It's my first day tomorrow and I'm going to get a good night sleep before my first day. I lift the covers up so they're below my chin, and I close my eyes drifting off to sleep.
