Music played in the distance where the streets were bright and full of life. The polar opposite could be said about the area Chan sat at now. He knew he shouldn't be there. He knew what he had to pass through in order to get what he wanted but it had been three years now and the papers were still missing.

Hiding behind a wall, he glanced at Changbin who was hiding behind another wall. The younger male pulled out his gun and nodded at his leader. With a sigh, Chan pulled out his out gun and nodded back. In unison, they left their hiding spots and shot at the group that was quickly approaching them.

There were too many thought.

Chan immediately hid again only to find his teammate doing the same.

"We need to get out of here," he mouthed.

Changbin instantly understood and nodded. Up ahead of them more gunshots rang. It had to be more members of their rival group against Chan's. There was no way Stray Kids could win.

Right as Chan and Changbin began to run to help the others, a hand wrapped around the leader's wrist, pulling him back. A shocked screech emitted Chan's mouth, making Changbin turn back to see his leader circled by members of the rival group. Guns were aimed at his head causing the boy to wince upon realising how hopeless his situation was.

Changbin sprinted to Chan, his gun shooting at whoever got in his way. The rival group turned their attention to the younger boy but never once did their guns leave Chan's head.

"Let go of him!" Changbin wrestled against other rival members that tried to stop him from progressing any further. Now there was a crowd around him but Changbin continued shooting and punching and kicking. He strangled some and used others as props to attack more of his enemies. But just as he managed to knock one out, two more joined the crowd. He felt arms try to grab him from behind and immediately ripped his body away from the person who tried capturing him. It was hopeless. Fighting was hopeless. Even as little as believing they might have a chance was hopeless. But Changbin fought on nevertheless.

Another gunshot echoed around the remains of the collapsed building. Changbin watched as some of his crowd reduced but dreaded to find out which member of his team practically risked his life to save his.

The gunshots went off for a while more before stopping completely. All three of them were stuck. And all three of them were far, far away from the rest of their members. The gunshots in the distance slowly faded away and the wind that had been blowing in their faces died down. Soon the trio found themselves tied up with strong ropes cuffing their arms and legs. The only sound now was the clink of high heels colliding with the stone floors. The sound echoed around, each step louder than the last as whoever it was got closer to them.

Moments of suspense passed before their eyes before finally, the person came into view. She had long, blond hair and soft, slightly tanned skin. A faint smile was stained onto her face and her once warm and inviting eyes screamed of nothing but anger and frustration.

"Of course it was you," Chan spat out feeling his blood begin to boil. There were many people he could have guessed to be the leader of the rival group but Chan had always hoped it wouldn't be someone he worked with... And for that matter, someone he vouched for at some point in time.

The lady grinned.

"Nice to see you again, Chan... The same goes to the rest of you as well. I'm glad my men have good taste in who they catch." She glanced at Jisung who was on the far right. "At least usually. Just imagine if they caught little Jeongin and Hyunjin instead of the leader and our beloved Paige's significant other."

"You're wasting your time," Changbin struggled against the rope. "There's nothing between Paige and I anymore. We left it behind along with our alliance with the Society. We don't work for them anymore. What good is a mafia group for your case?"

Cassidy paused, considering his words before approaching him.

"I'm very much aware that you don't work for the Society anymore. But that doesn't change the fact that the Society will do all they can to get their hands on Chan. He is the second Head at the end of the day. Besides, perhaps you did leave your relationship behind, perhaps you didn't. How should I know?"

"You think the Society will come running after us? They couldn't care less what we are doing with our lives. We are two separate groups now," Jisung joined in.

Cassidy laughed.

"You idiots really think I didn't figure this all out, huh? The only allies you have that are skilled enough to fight against my group is the Society. And yes, you guys are smart enough to know that's not a good idea because you know I'm behind all this. Your group members don't. And it will be the only thing that will give them a chance at getting their three strongest fighters back."
