Dean's POV
"Young Seraph Castiel, Angel of Temperance, Travelling and Thursday." The other angel was livid. It was rather unsettling, you don't really know how to react. Cas seemed terrified, however. "Is this any way to treat your foster father? Secondly, was this your plan? I-,"
"Wait. Did you say foster father?" I scoffed, Cas turned slowly.
"You need to let him out," Cas said slowly and looked back as Aziraphale crossed his arms, a light red stain across his chest.
"Wait. What? No." I responded sharply. "This is literally our job." I watched as the angel and demon shared a look. Then in moments, the demon was twisting into a new form, the thing looked up at us with yellow eyes and flicked it's now forked tongue. The bullet slid out and the snake slid through the flames trapping the angel before curling itself up his arm and onto his shoulders. "Okay what the hell?"
"Dean, you haven't caught just any angel, you caught Aziraphale, Angel of the Eastern Gate of Eden, and Principality of Britain. You can't keep him in there." Cas waved a hand over at the flames and cringed as the man began to speak again.
"I swear young angel if you taught them that trick with the holy oil!" I exchanged a look with Sam who seemed to be on the verge of explosion, he bit his bottom lip and giggled. I hit him on the shoulder.
"Shut up," I hissed.
"How old isss he?" The snake still coiled on Aziraphale hissed.
"No more than two millennia." He said still staring Cas down.
"Oh, the terrible two thousandsssss." If the snake could have facial expressions you could easily expect a raised eyebrow and a smirk, Cas, on the other hand, looked like he was going to strangle the snake then himself.
"Don't talk to me like that, dirt of the pit." He said through his teeth and the angel tilted his head before opening his mouth ready to say something, the snake beat him to it.
"Excussssssse me Tursssday! I fell with the Morning Star, I created original sin." Sam inhaled sharply and everything fell into place. The eyes, the hissing, the well, bendability. The snake twisted down the angels now outstretched arm and slithered along the floor before twisting back still standing in the small circle with the angel.
"Wait. You are the snake?" Sam said and the demon smirked.
"There you go, that only took ages." The angel scoffed and pinched the demon lightly.
"Be kind Crowley. Can we put out the fire now? My feathers are singeing," The angel said sharply and Cas's eyes got even wider. He looked over at us worried. Then the angel handed his coat the demon next to him. The demon sidestepped slightly and there was nothing but white. Huge white wings had erupted from the angel's back. I gasped and went to cover my eyes but Cas shook his head.
"Are you trying to burn our eyes out?" I said walking closer to the flames. Aziraphale sighed and looked at Cas who still couldn't meet his eyes.
"Only the most unprepared and unpractised angels burn peoples eyes out when the show their wings. I suppose he's burnt out a few." Cas looked at us fear in his eyes. I stayed silent. "We are going to have a talk later young angel."
"You keep calling him young angel, what's that supposed to mean I thought you were all the same age," Sam said also stepping forward.
"Good heavens no. Can you imagine millions of fledgelings roaming are heaven without elders to watch them?" He seemed to be talking to Crowley who laughed. I was more and more confused now. "Do you remember when I had to chase away the celestial dogs because they used to love Castiel so much they would pile on top of him and he would cry."
"Please, Aziraphale don't tell them about the dogs." Aziraphale laughed and his wings folded down behind him neatly. Cas turned to me. "I can vouch for him, he's fine, keep an eye on the demon but you can let them out." I sighed heavily but put out the fire.
"If you didn't he'd probably take away your T.V privileges," I said and Cas looked at me with murder in his eyes. The second the older angel could move he began fretting over the demon's shoulder completely disregarding the growing red stain on his chest. He sat Crowley down and ran into a different room to grab something.
"Okay, so there are two Crowley's, and your dad/angry armchair, who is in love with one of the Crowleys who is half the time a snake, oh my god are we in a soap opera?" I sighed and Cas looked at me confused.
"They aren't in love, that's insane!" Cas said and glanced over to the demon splayed across the old sofa.
"Come on did you see the way that long one looked at cloud jumper." Sam scoffed at the nicknames and Aziraphale walked back in, holding what appeared to be a first aid kit.
"It's not much but it'll have to do." He sat next to Crowley with a sigh. "It's been ages since I've had to deal with something like this."
"Wait you had to before?" I watched as Cas walked forward to say something but Aziraphale looked up sternly and shook his head.
"Listen, Angel, I'm fine," Crowley said quickly and tried to push Aziraphale's hands away. He waved a hand over Crowley's shoulder and the wound was gone.
"I forgot I could do that." He said looking out the window. "Crowley get down, you three go into the kitchen and don't make a sound." He quickly shooed us away and Crowly changed before slithering under the sofa.
"Aziraphale." I heard a voice yell from the front door, and peeked out from the kitchen to see the angel throw on his coat and wrap it around the cut in his chest.
"Back here, Gabriel." He yelled back nervously. Gabriel? I sent a look at Sam who barely moved. A man who was definitely not the Gabriel we knew walked into the room.
"We have been hearing rumours of you and Crowley still being together. Which is going against our direct orders. Is this true?" Aziraphale flinched.
"N-n-no." I shook my head. "I'm n-not one to, to go against di-direct orders from he-heaven." The man bumbled on, had I not seen it for myself I would have never believed the fact that he threatened Cas just a few minutes ago.
"Then what's the snake doing under your couch." Aziraphale swallowed hard and before I could blink he was thrust into a wall. He took a deep breath and flinched as the other man pressed closer to him. "Now listen closely I have a bottle of holy water in my pocket now, if you don't come quietly with me I will pour it on the demon if you do I'll consider not doing it." Crowley slid out from under the couch and hissed.
"Aziraphale, don't you dare going with him." The Angel looked at us and nodded Cas nodded back, he looked over at Crowley one last time and turned back to not Gabriel.
"Let's go."
