1. Word Hippo
I use this app for finding better words to use. They also tell you multiple different meaning for words.
2. Unfold
I love this app so much! I use it to create polaroids for my chapters. Any photo that used for characters or had a pink outline, is made with this app. 10/10 recommend.
3. ifaketextmessage
The name seems weird because it's not an app. I use this to create any fake text messages that are in my chapters. You customize your message almost exactly how you want it!
4. coolsymbol and lingojam
Both of these apps are used to add special fonts. Coolsymbol also has wide variety of special characters. These are good for making points in stories, titles, etc.
5. Pexels
I use this to get free images for wattpad. This is where I get most of my cover photos at the top and story covers. All, or most, of the images are HD quality!
6. YouTube and Spotify
I felt like should mention this because I do use these to help me. This is where I find music to add to my story. I mostly use Spotify, but I'll use YouTube when I write on my laptop. I have a special playlist on Spotify that I use specially for my story!
7. Google docs
I don't really use this anymore, but I used to use it all of the time for every chapter. I would type my chapters in google docs so that it would catch my mistakes and then I would copy it from there and paste it into Wattpad. This is a great app to use when editing, as mentioned before.
8. Canva
This app is very important for me! I use this app to create my story cover photos. I don't use any other app except this one. It is mostly free other than a few premium features. I honestly think that you'll be fine without premium.
