I wake up in discomfort while bracing myself for the pain to hit me , Oh God How many Bone's Did i break in that fall ? , why am i not in pain ? am i paralysed ? , Did i damage my spine ?, OH God what if i'm paralysed ? , or what if l'm in Coma that will Explain the Darkness and why i'm feeling normal ? .

I tried to open my eyes and was pleasantly surprised to be able to easily open it , i sat up in the bed Easily and Sighed in relief for not being paralyzed . I fumbled around searching for any light switch and found a bedside lamp i switched it on to look around the room and gasped .

This was not her bedroom nor was it a hospital room she was in a foreign room , a beautiful room but foreign , she got of the queen sized bed in lavender and cream covers .

The room was beautifully decorated , there was a beautiful white dresser that was framed in golden design , the dresser was filled with well organized expensive looking makeup other cosmetics and hair products , in front of it was an ornate golden chair with lavender cushions they were an elegant set the ceiling was soft cream with pastel decorations of delicate flowers and butterfly's .

the floor was covered in soft fluffy carpets in different shades of purple and white , the curtains in the French windows were lavender , and there was ceiling swing seat that was filled with cute soft cushion in different pastel colors even the bed was filled with comfy looking Plush's and cushions in the same colors .

There was white bookshelf filled with books and a white desk top with a laptop and some notebooks and files in top , to the left was a white door that lead to a walk in closet that was filled with designer clothes way out of season but still looked to be new .

The other door lead to a joined bathroom that for a joined bathroom looked spacious enough , she found a stack of towels some in purple that match a similarly designed bathrobe , the other stack of towels where pink that matched a pink bathrobe .

Twisting the handle of the door across from the one she is standing in that lead to the joined bathroom . she entered another bedroom she switched the light and looked around the room .

It looked somewhat familiar she moved towards the bed and chocked down a scream , she looked at the woman face more closely and had to cover her mouth with her hand to stifle the sounds of her terrified scream , it took long time before her scream tuned down to harsh hyperventilation .

Oh god Nina Dobrev was in her house , well not her house but under the same roof as her , she didn't know how much time went while she stood their gabbing at the sleeping celebrity , oh her hair is so straight like her hair style in her Elena role.

Holly fucking mother Teresa , wait this is not Nina this Elena freaking Gilbert , looking around the room for anything to refute this ludicrous idea, there is none , there's no way for her to be in the show , this is real life for god sake not some fiction .

Spotting the famed dairy in Elena's bed she snatched it up , reading the latest Entry of the dairy , feeling a mixture of exasperation revolution and terror at the dramatic entry , serenity rolled her eyes her head working furiously to observe this new facts as a rapid fan of the show mainly the Mikealson family and Alaric i knew for a Fact that Elena has no twin sister .

taking the dairy with her she went back to the previous room and went straight to the mirror her face was not her face anymore .

instead of her beautiful black hair her hair is deep Rich brown with a few highlights it still cascade down to her back in soft voluminous thick curls it shine healthy under the lights , her eyes doe light brown instead of blue and her skin though still soft ivory instead of Elena's olive tone her lips are the same apple red put now fuller and pouty her features more delicate and softer than Elena's , she was slender and gorgeously built in smooth and silky blemish free skin , she was simply put gorgeous with a compelling aura that draw everyone towards her .
