(Hermione's PoV)
(present time)
Ginny and I were running like mad people back to the room. I thought we were going to beat the boys back to the room, but just as we were approaching the door, I felt strong arms wrap around my waist. I screamed for show. I heard Ginny scream at the same time, and figured that Blaise had caught her. I knew Draco had me. I heard the two boys start laughing.
"Blaise! Draco! What the hell is wrong with you?!?" I yelled. The boys released their holds on us and stared at me. I could tell that they were shocked that I could tell that it was them.
"What?" I asked, confused by their shocked looks.
"How did you know it was us?"
"You two know how. The same way you caught me and Ginny. And I can tell by your laughter."
"What? How?" Blaise asked, astonished.
"Will someone please clue me in?" Ginny asked, clearly confused. We ignored her for the time being.
"Hermione, how did you know?"
"I don't know. After I woke up, I could do a lot more."
"WILL SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT THE BLOODY HELL IS GOING ON???" Ginny yelled, clearly not happy with being ignored.
"Can I tell her?" I asked Blaise and Draco. They both nodded. "Ginny, Draco, Blaise, and I are veela. I trust that you know what a veela is?"
"Yes."
"Apparently, you are Blaise's mate and I am Draco's mate."
"Who is your mate, then?" Ugh, the one question I wanted to avoid.
"That's what we were trying to find out before everyone else came in Hermione's room." Blaise responded. They all looked at me expectantly.
"Ugh, fine. I can tell that there is now way I am getting out of this any longer. My mate is..." I looked up and saw several owls almost at the window. I walked over to it.
"Finish Mione." Ginny said.
"Was anyone expecting any mail?" I asked opening the window. They shook their heads. "Then why are the owls here?"
