"Copycat tryna cop my glamour" my alarm goes off. I groan as I turn it off. I hate waking up for school, school is basically hell on earth. "Jocelyn!!! Breakfast is ready!!!", my mom yells. Coming!!!, obviously not in a dirty way my dirty mind. I get my lazy ass up and then I take a shower and brush my teeth. I wear something basic not that special. I put on some back high top vans and a shirt sleeve crop top, with some black tights that have holes.

I rush down stairs and I greet my mom, shoving my breakfast into my mouth. I get my backpack, say goodbye to my mom and run outside. I see my bestie Ashley.
"Hey ash!!'", I said. "Hey Jo", she said. We've been best friends since like kindergarten. She's always have been there for me since my dad died when I was in middle school.
We get on the bus and talk about yk girl stuff and celebrity drama. "So who's ur fav artist rn" she said. "Well I really like Tierra Whack, hbu", I said. "This hot girl named Billie Eilish" she said. "Oh I never really heard of her b4" I said. "Really she's like really popular nowadays", she said.
We started to laugh about some jokes and funny shit. The bus driver stopped to pick up some kids, but this one girl caught me eye. Oh yeah if u don't know I'm a lesbian, girls are hot. Ashley is straight but, she gives me this bi vibe idk.
So yeah this girl that caught me eye, I've been crushing on her for years but idk her sexuality, I'm assuming she might be straight. I think about her a lot, I usually think about us together sometimes, which I'm doing rn. " Oh I totally forgot I have this new boyfriend his name is Matthew", she said. "Jo, Jo, Jocelyn!!!", she said. "Omg, what happened?!" I said. "I was telling you about my new boyfriend and you were to busy looking at Julia", she said. "No I wasn't", I said. "Yeah u were, when are u gonna try to talk to her", she said. "When I'm ready", I said.
"When are you gonna be ready?, when shes in a relationship?, she said. "Hush", I said chuckling. "So u were telling me about this Billie girl", I said. "Uh huh", she said. "So is she like a singer or some shit", I said. " Yeah she's a singer and she has an angelic voice, she writes her own music with the help of her brother", she said. " You should try to check her out, she amazing, she said. " Ight, I'll check her out later, I said.
The bus drive to school was pretty ok, we had a couple laughs here and there and we talked about school, but I feel like I forgot something though.
We arrive to school, the bus driver opens the door. The kids start going out the bus and shit. "Did you do Ms Jackson's hw??, she said. "Oh shit!, I knew I forgot something", I said. "Hey watch ur language", the bus driver said. "Sorry", I said, I don't see the big deal with cursing anyway but whatever. "It's ok u can copy mine in class make sure to not get caught", she said cackling.
Well we finally made it, we are in hell on earth High school. I can't wait to leave this place just two more years, me and Ashley walk to first period. We basically have like 5 periods together I think, idk I can't add.
Time skip:
We're going to lunch and I see her again, Julia looking all sexy and shit siting next to her friends. She's pretty popular, she's like the Regina George of my school just nicer.
"Your looking at her again huh", Ashley said. "Mhmm", I said staring. "You know she's having a party this weekend", she said. "Wait really, well we're probably not gonna get invited", I said. "What makes you think that, I mean my boyfriends great friends with her and shit, he can help us get in",she said. "Oh yeah what's his name again.....um...Dylan" I said. "It's Matthew so u weren't listening this morning u were to busy looking at her huh", she said in a sassy tone. "I mean yeah she's hot I can't handle myself, I said. " Ugh whatever, speaking of the Devil", she said. "Hey babe", she said. "This is my best friend, Jocelyn", she said. "Hey", I said. "Hey, I'm glad that I got finally got the chance to meet you", he said and he winks at me. Hopefully Ashley saw that because like wtf was that like I like girls only and your girl is right there, he better not try to hit on me. Not gonna lie he's a very handsome young man, I'm just not interested.
So I get to know him more and all three of us talk about shit. But then they start to make out which like y'all can do that somewhere else tf. I go back to looking at Julia's hot ass. She actually is looking back at oh shit she's coming over to me well at least I think she is. She was holding this flyer in her hand.
"Take a pick it lasts longer" she said. "Um, so u"I stutter. She cuts me off. "So I'm having this party on Saturday and u don't wanna miss it, you can bring your little friends too, it starts at 6 so yeah and I'll be happy if u were there", she said giving me the flyer, she winks at me and walks away to give flyers to more people.
Wow I can't believe the girl of my dreams since I liked since the fucking six grade invited me to her party. Well I got to make sure I look amazing shit. I'm basically squealing in my head rn.
"What did she say", Ash said. "She invited us to her party this Saturday", I said squealing. "OMG!!", "we need to go shopping ASAP", she said. Matthew just stared annoyed
